BennySEA was just banned by Manifesto7.
That account was created on 2011-12-17 09:11:44 and had 20 posts.
Reason: Makes shitty topics. Grow up before discussing big boy ideas.
How can someone make so many bad threads and not get the hint? They belong in blogs!

Hahahaha his threads were entertaining, to say the least. Too bad he only made 2 controversial threads, I really wanted to see where he would have taken us next.

I wouldn't mind being "first blood"

This is where all the sheeple point me to the ten commandments and the fact that the mods never believed in free expression or the tolerance of diverse opinions in the first place. And people call this a "mature" community lawl.

I could write a detailed post describing why everything you said is completely wrong, but I think it would be a waste of my time. If you don't like it here then leave. Go post on reddit for a while and let us know how mature that community is.

This is where all the sheeple point me to the ten commandments and the fact that the mods never believed in free expression or the tolerance of diverse opinions in the first place. And people call this a "mature" community lawl. Let me make a couple inferences. 1.) You disagree with TH's political opinions 2.) You've been banned for shitting up politics threads in the past.
I'm almost 100% sure I'm right on both of those, in fact, searching the ban list has shown that you have a couple bans under your belt, and I bet a couple warnings too.
Now, what you are doing here is making a completely baseless and downright offensive accusation. While I will admit that moderators are people, and they make mistakes, I can assure you, without the slightest shadow of doubt, that they take their responsibilities seriously. Why do you think they work as a team, and sometimes bans are revised (down or up)? Perhaps because they take these decisions seriously? Because they consult with each other when banning people?
Now, I don't personally give a damn what you think about th, hotbid or any of these people, opinions, are, after all, free. But I am offended that you have the audacity to slander someone who has done a hell of a lot more for team liquid than you have. Its very simple, if you feel so persecuted here, where you have been tolerated despite having toed the line several times, and having not done anything at all for the community, you are free to get out. This is, as they indicate, their house. That doesn't mean they don't strive to be as fair as possible. You'll notice that people who hold minority opinions are not automatically banned, e.g. the guy who insists on making astrology threads, or people who argue in favor hyper conservative theories, as long as they do so in respectable and inteligent ways.
Tell me, mr. oh so prosecuted. Why the hell haven't you been permed yet then? You've been here for almost two years, and have about 4 bans, how come none of them are a perm, with the "excuse" "shitty history", which you more than clearly have, especially since you've expressed your less than admirable opinion on the team liquid administration before. Its simple, its because mods are more professional, more concerned with fairness, than you give them credit for.
Arguing with you, is, I'm sure, a waste of time, you have already decided that TL is biased, and because you find TH opinions distasteful you have chosen to slander him. That is fine, think what you will. I will not let your baseless accusations stand uncontested however.
If this place is so evilly moderated and you have a sword hanging above your head, as you claim, then I suggest you leave, why stay somewhere you hate? I know, without a shadow of doubt, that these moderators strive for fairness. As humans they fall short, and have human bias, but to accuse them of choosing to disregard duty for personal gain, and to say that we would not notice, not only insults them in their professional attitude, but insults us, the users, by implying that we cannot see beyond a shallow facade.
That is all.
May the stars watch over you.

You are bound to have arguments wherever there are people, sooner or later. Of course civil people should be able to discuss about anything but, I don't know, maybe the modern man is somehow unable to question their own views. Just a little doubt of his own godhood and infallacy. But no, enter a opinion - any opinion - and it's seen as a personal attack and everything turns into shit. Even faster if that opinion is based on solid, although maybe different, logic.
Great minds discuss ideas; Average minds discuss events; Small minds discuss people. And it always seems it's the small minds that drag everyone else to their level. To the e-peen contest. The more there are people the more uniform everything must be. And then people start getting banned for different ideas, not because the mods necessarily want to ban people but to prevent shit storms. So many small minds with way too much ego to handle otherwise.
I don't know why Hider was banned, maybe he didn't know what he was talking about, maybe he did. Maybe he presented his point in a bad manner. But I'd have rather asked him to explain his stance a bit more instead of attacking him like that. Honestly I would've rather read an opposing post by one guy with one economics course on his belt than 200 complying posts by people who have most likely even less schooling on the subject. But maybe that's just me. Maybe the majority likes their topics to be dogmatic and uniform. Circlejerking at its best:"who cares if it's the right idea, when it's the only one allowed"
Anyway, bans aren't serious business.
Bleh, dunno why I wrote that, I'm just so tired. My shitty posting is getting even more shittier than the usual and all it's getting harder to not stir up shit. Anyways if Falling or GMarshal (the new banlings) want a jumpstart on their banning career, hit me with 30 or 90 days. I had one last year around this time and it felt dandy.
kk. ^^

So basically, the mods are mean, and you are no happy about it. It no fair (or something).

You'll also rack up fewer than a thousand posts in the two and a half years you've been reading the more ambitious content of others, but sacrifices must be made.

I beg to differ. Having a conversation with yourself will only eventually drive you to argument again and again. For example:

Not posting almost killed a man....
Here's an interesting thought Torte; if you took all of your posts at the time of this reply, printed them out keeping the same dimentions, and stacked them up sideways end to end, the result would be over 8 times the height of the Empire State building.
At your current rate of average daily posting, in 3 years your posts will be almost 2 and a half times the length of central park, in 5 years they will reach into the stratosphere, and in 10 years they would reach from Coney Island to Jersey City.

+ Show Spoiler +based on an estimate of a seven inch width of posts.
