You know what? I actually have some pretty strong opinions about LR threads and Seeker's complaints, but this isn't the place to start talking about them; we will end up hopelessly off topic. I'm thinking we should start a thread in TL Community or Website Feedback about it so we can discuss it.

It will be a sad day when Seeker doesn't get upset about this stuff. It will mean he has lost his desire to do things the right way. Being cynical and just accepting moronic behaviour is why the rest of the internet is such an aweful place to be. TL will never be that way.
It's not wrong at all imo. I'm saying that there will always be a greater amount of mean behavior on the internet due to the anonymity that it entails. As such, it's wise to not let it get to you personally. In what way does it benefit you to be affected by it in a negative way? I can't think of any, so I think it would be best to get comfortable with ignoring any I might come across rather than let it affect my mood, as Seeker was saying happened with him..
I see what you guys are saying, but I think you missed my real point -- that there will always be a lot of negativity (even if these negative people get banned eventually), and that as a result, it would be extremely necessary to develop immunity to it, along with the ability to recognize it. im workin on it too

LR threads haven't been that bad lately compared to what they used to be imo. We had some pretty good ones towards the end of 2011, but the fact of Idra playing could bring alot of Idra fanboys vs other people :D.
And wow Techno thats a damn unlucky ban :D, you should have pmed the mod and complained :D
