^ I'm no authority on that matter, but posts with the intention of trolling do without a doubt violate the ten commandments (esp. #2) albeit they aren't explicitely mentioned there. Just make sure it's clear the poster is trolling and not just uncautiously stating a differing, unpopular opinion.
Yes go right ahead and report someone trolling. If it's close, a mod can decide with his own discretion and if it's blatant enough to offend you then it should be an easy report to close.
Edit- just don't report people that disagree with you because they disagree. or your music tastes.

It wasn't necessarily because of his post that he got banned. It was because his last ban was a +1 to the already huge list of bans that Nazgul decided enough was enough and that he had had too many chances but kept screwing up. This is common on TL.
The TL staff is not unreasonable. They're fair and just. But when it comes to ruining 12 and 13th chances, yeah, it's time to go

Eh, he seems to be pretty incompatible with this community, as every blog he makes is ridiculed into oblivion (rightfully so, I might add), but he's harmless I guess. He hasn't technically done anything to warrant moderation, as far as I can see.
