If they have actual behavior issues, then yes, we're going to take actual moderation action. As Fruscainte wrote, not much will really get accomplished by limiting what new posters can do (short of making new threads immediately). We've toyed around with a lot of ideas over the years and have always come to the conclusion that we don't want to limit new users immediately (in effect potentially driving them away), and the trash will get spotted and dealt with pretty quickly anyhow. | ||

Mouzone was just temp banned for 1 week by Liquid`Nazgul. Sadly it seems Desrow is behind those accounts considering the reply content and the fact that he felt the need to explain to us why there are so many 1-posters right after people started to question the "phenomenon". Like, why would specifically his fans be guys who've never posted here? Many people watch streams and youtube clips and only register on TL when their favorite player announces he is opening a stream thread or commenting on a thread or et cetera- gives exposure to Team Liquid. I myself have asked the same question but I did not accuse the player; I asked a mod if it was fishy. I was wrong. So were you Mouzone. It's not what we do but how we do it. Always be tactful! | ||
