Maybe it would be 30% good, 70% bad (with 20% of the bad being ban-worthy) at first, but people would catch on, and the percentage of good would increase relative to the bad. That is, in theory, how moderation should work. | ||

Holophonist was just temp banned for 1 week by p4NDemik. That account was created on 2010-12-25 00:03:53 and had 76 posts. Reason: Next time you get the urge to post stuff like this, don't, or it will mean a perm ban. Thanks for this. This guy was way too agressive in that thread. He clearly had a point he wanted to prove but couldn't help himself. Kind of sad really. As an aside, what is it with the same names appearing in the banned list. Just browsing the last few pages and I am sure these guys have been banned before.
I guess most of these bans are 30 day ones so they have been banned before. People obviously like getting banned. It would interesting to know how many people who receive 30 day / permanent bans, come back as decent posters. | ||
