You’re probably thinking when their friends were arguing their bans, after some conservative posters were also arguing their bans. I don’t really have a dog in the JimmiC-GH fight, I argued with both of them politically for a long time in the main thread and disagree often with both. I thought it a little sad when I thought it had resolved, and apparently JimmiC couldn’t let it go. But whatever... the meta fixation on me for generalizations about my past behavior has gone on long enough.

Wait... the great schism wasn't the start of the 30y war. The great schism in the church was about the break between catholicism and orthodoxy. And GH would be Michael Cerularius of Constantinople.
