I learned the other day that TL's policy doesn't allow mods to read pm's sent between users. The end result, as it was explained to me, is that users can use all sorts of colorful adjectives to describe each other via pm, and there can't be any mod action. | ||

I just checked the PM report button, it has a special warning not to report except for spam, advertising, and "significant harassment." So yeah you could probably get away with a few "colourful adjectives"  | ||
