Nono, i don't mean they are the exact same, but they overlap. i,e. a PBU can be tdot. A post can be terrible as well as they have bad post history, resulting in a ban. Player/Caster bashing is basically always flaming as well.
So what happens when they overlap? It marks both items? Flip a coin?

I guess we'd specify what each was. So if someone said "PBU," you'd put a counter on PBU, and not someone who is a PBU, such as Deezer or CombatEX or tdot. Yeah, it's kinda fudgin' rules, I know. X-D

Awful post history is a weird one because as was noted a couple pages ago it's rarely just terrible history that gets someone banned. There's usually a final terrible post that leads to the ban, and that post could be a number of the things listed on the chart.

well, the former because i have seen nsfw bans, but also a lot of removing images. they tend to be people who post without sufficiently marking, or doing it in the SFW thread. the last that i recall was a anime chick who was shooting lazers out of her vagina. the latter because i remember the nsfw pic thread and used to read it at work (fuck the police!) and then they closed it and explained that it was because of google advertising. cant have google advertising on porn websites apparently.

That's easy to know. If you ask a mod questions related to the NSFW policies, there's a reasonable chance of getting that exact explanation. Happened to me when I was posting pictures in Health and Fitness, since I've got some tit for tat... er a tat with tits on my arm.
Wanted to know how that would fly, and got a proper explanation. I'm sure similar discussions for dissimilar reasons have occurred, whether it's related to the SFW Desktop thread, funny pics, or just people BSing in IRC. Or ABL regulars, or people in Ask TL Staff Anything...
Come on, this is the internet, and we all know what that's for... when it's not allowed, people wonder.
