The sad part is that Gollum does leave, but only for a bit. Poor Smegol...Gollum does come back. Does this mean that some day our scamming pal will grace us with his presence once again? Let us hope not.

Banning Blackfoger won't do anything in the grand scheme of things, all it does is clean up the forum a little bit since there won't be a new thread every time Blight gets a new player. You can't smoke him out, believe me plenty of communities have tried, and there will always be players that can be duped or figure that since he has a pattern of delivering about 20% of what he promises it might be worth it. He's a pathological liar and will not stop until he gets bored and moves to other things.

Sc2 is a very basic game in terms of what hardware you need to run it. I don't think it's accurate to tell people to buy intels or 660's when if all they want to do is play SC2 on as cheap a budget possible, and you can easily run sc2 on a rig well below $400 if they just want to play the damn game (200 even, but ill just say 400).
I don't want to derail this thread but the reason we recommend Intel processors as the bare minimum is because advances in technology doesn't only bring performance gains to the table. Namely better chipsets, better motherboard functionality, lower power draw, and scalability if you want it.
If you want to go rock bottom, then you can buy an Intel processor and run games with the HD4000. The processors are strong enough to do the heavy lifting and make up for the much weaker integrated GPU. The low power draw means you can skimp on the PSU and high performance means you don't have to worry about overclocking. Furthermore, it makes scalability much easier since adding a dGPU and PSU is a complete non-issue with Intel processors. Lastly, the better BIOS functions and chipsets means power saving functionality actually works properly (AMD Cool and Quiet has historically been buggy).
You aren't paying thousands more. You're paying up to two hundred more for a system that doesn't use blue light special parts, which was a problem I had when I recommending parts for you to use in your AMD system. Paying a little bit extra for a much better experience is a prudent thing to do, especially if you're going to own the desktop for many years.
