He could've made the joke without it being that tasteless and it still being acceptable if you ask me, the "inb4" alone is often enough for bans in many cases

ROFL, but i kinda remember somewhere that 0neder was a jerk or he said something...i dont really remember the exact thing tho and i tried looking through this posts, but i guess i didnt go far enough he just seemed bias to Kespa on those particular threads in recent posts maybe a bit aggressive with his point but the post alone that got him banned didnt really seem "too bad" for a perm, so yeah like someone already mentioned possibly a history with the mods

User has had several banned accounts, mostly in the last month or so, with repeated attempts to dodge bans. He's gonna get to wait at least several months before he isn't banned on sight.

Those two both seem excessive for a perm IMO. I don't think InFdude intended it as an insult, and wasn't even the first person in the thread to make the reference.
0neder seems to have expressed his opinion without insulting anyone, although it could have maybe been posted better.
I'm guessing I'm missing a huge history with both, as tends to be the case when bans look weird though.
