Bigots don't think of themselves as bigots, because they most of the time surround themselves with other bigots making their bigotry seem totally normal. Even if he knows that it's inappropriate to state something like that on TL and that he will likely get banned for it, he may have chosen to state his opinion regardless of the consequences. Just to make it clear, I'm happy he got the ban.
