Kennigit, occasionally I rage, and I rage badly. This anger can linger with me for several hours or in worst case scenario days. I have no idea what to do when I'm boiling, your advice to fellow mad users getting banned to do squats and some fapping intrigues me. Care to elaborate in more detail what type/how much to do? Any specific techniques? Time of the day?

I don't know if this question is relevant to this thread or this forum but I thought perhaps why not.
If I want to change name on TL how do I do? For example if I switched clan/id on battle net and wanted it to match my current one on Teamliquid. Or does you guys only do that for higher famous people? Or how does it work? Please tell TL staff

So I have changed my nickname to something unique but because mostly I have more than 500 posts I can't change it. 
I posted there anyway, probably won't work but tried to ask nicely.

EDIT: Further details: I can edit blog posts as far back as the 24th Feb, but the ones before that, the ones I can't edit or remove, are from 2010.

Not sure, seeing as he was, from what I understand, Canadian military. Which, to those of us that spent time in... shall we say... a real military, mostly means he fed horses and danced in the daisies under a rainbow while eating gumdrops, yes?
Just kidding, I have the utmost of respect for my neighbors to the north. Although is it sad that I recognized Kennigit as a fellow military type from his temp ban suggestions of squats and a quick bit of alone time with Pamela Handerson? First time I saw one of those, I knew he had spent a bit of time in either some military, or SWAT, or something similar.
