Tbh it's quite hard to be demoted from staff once you are a part of the team. And that's for good reason, we only bring in people whom we trust and have a high opinion of. Sometimes there are issues with posts made by staff, particularly admins like me, and it's usually just a PM/discussion in staff forums about whatever has happened. We learn from that and are better for it. | ||
