i remember in tsl2 (correct me if i'm wrong) you put the vods for the matchs up for download on the TL torrent tracker. is there any chance of this happening with TSL 3 vods? i'm not sure where the tracker is in the new layout, so i don't know where to look.

Both of these ideas have been brought up and discussed numerous times. Suffice it to say that the admins have those plans on their to-do list, but unfortunately, there are other, higher-priority things right now, and it takes time for just about anything to be implemented. Plexa's stated in the past that nothing on TeamLiquid is worth implementing if it's not done as perfectly as possible, so because of that, we probably won't be seeing those things for a while.
Give it time, really. Nazgul and the gang have plenty of things on their collective plates already.

Could a Mod/admin fix the timer for TSL3 today (summet time + 1hour) or is it something people have to do themself in their ehm... time zone profile xD?

DC community has evolved quite a bit since the original post, and It's been talked about a few times to change it, but i guess nothing happens after that lol. So if you could give Haemonculus the ability to edit her post again that be awesome!
(the DC area mods are trying to avoid us it seems  )

I'm not sure how the edit locking is set up, but I edited it so it might work now.

Within this time-period I saw the number of users logged on increase by about 1000 (was at then end of TSL Day 4 NaDa v TLO), and there was so much site activity that we were getting connectivity issues with the server

Yeah, we just need to do a random edit (which then makes the last edit <6 months) and then it becomes editable by whoever who needs to edit said post.

I'm probably going to get banned for this but micronesia is arguably the worst sc2 player in the world.
