I'm like, this isn't that amazing. Until I got to 2:30 that is, holy shit!
anyways I counter with this:
note that I don't really approve of this stuff because I don't really like people risking their lives for stupid reasons lol
I've seen that one before about a year ago! :p
However, I counter with this .. two of my friends + me in a performance at a talent show last saturday:

lol that was a cool routine for the talent show i love when the guy in the audience says "what the fuck, you gotta be kidding me"
did you guys fall at all practicing that?
Yeah, a bunch of times.. but probably not on the poses you'd think we would fall on.
You post at CF/GB/etc.? Kinda curious who I'm talking to now. :p

Just finished a 3 mile fasted run (first thing in the morning after cup of coffee). Going to start a fitness blog and post daily diets / workouts.
i shall join a gym soon to do some barbell exercises of my own (only upper body though).
btw correct me if i'm wrong but doesn't THIS GUY seem to have a rounded back during the deadlift?? i was just curious since i have zero experience with deadlifts and i've only seen a few vids here and there on youtube.
Would doing really heavy sets of 3-5 be more effective for general hypertrophy than lighter sets at 8-10 reps? And I'm talking main compound lifts, specifically squatting, dead lifting, and bench pressing.

Well, the upper back is always rounded, because you have to relax the shoulders and just let them hang down, It decreases the distance the bar has to travel and gives you a slightly better center of gravity.
It is hard to see if his lower back is rounded based on those pics. But I would assume it. His chest is not pushed upwards, his starting position looks more like a row. So I would indeed say he has bad form (if it is supposed to be a DL anyway). The starting position should look more like this. Although it's a different angle you should be able to see the difference.

You'll find this kind of discussion on any BB/Strength-forum on the net, don't know if anybody here can really give you a profound answer.
I believe if you are a novice to those compound-lifts, you are better off doing low reps with heavy weights and develop your strength potential first. If you eat enough, you will add a lot of muscle in no time. If you are more of an intermediate/advanced lifter and don't lift like a pussy anymore, higher reps should be more benifical for hypertrophy.
Eshlow has said several times that he has seen the best hypertrophy in people which are mixing up their rep ranges more often (i.e. 6-8 weeks 3-5reps, 6-8 weeks 6-12reps; repeat, something like that).
anyone have cool ab exercises to do? I have been getting lazy with core training since I have been going heavy a lot this past month. Trying to learn windshield wipers.
Also, I also am hoping to qualify for US Nationals! I need to make total 182kg in my next meet as a 62kg lifter. My best training lifts are 85kg snatch and 110kg clean and jerk. I weigh 65kg so i'm trying to eat clean as possible to lose weight.
I still am so close to 90kg snatch. Just need more practice!!!
