Well, I usually do my PC after my press, so I'm pretty sore after it and well, I haven't added much weight to PC, but it should be around the same.
Yes, I do it from chest height, and up. Maybe I should take a video?

It's possible... I'd take it easy for a couple days...

Wish I could say it was a legit 25, I did 15, hung there for like 5 seconds and then kipping the last 10.

That won't have much to do with it, everyone does pc last and the way your traps/shoulders are used in the press won't have a dramatic impact on powerclean performance. It's like 99% impossible to press that much correctly after a few months of training and weighing only 65kg, take a video, I'd like to see it. Even push pressing or push jerking that after only 2-3 months would be amazing.
On an unrelated note, I'm sick too Dimsum. I was just sick literally a month ago and it took me a full 3 weeks to get my squat back up. I also dug up this article on vitamin C and colds: http://www.quackwatch.org/01QuackeryRelatedTopics/DSH/colds.html
There are some clinical studies showing that zinc can reduce length/severity of symptoms. But things like airborne and vitamin c are likely totally useless.

Anyone else here eat raw eggs after lifting? I find it helps muscle aching and soreness a lot.
Note that I eat organic ones, which are virtually free of any bacteria

Bullshit dimsum. You're a fucking beast and you're going to let NOTHING get between you and hitting that lift. NOTHING. you will win.
I was sick for a month and the only i felt like a normal person was when i had 2x my body weight on my back or in my hands.
edit: if we win in two weeks i'm about to have the most INSANE off season ever because nationals are in the spring. I'm talking 20 pounds of raw muscle by may (hopefully by everyone on the team) I want to be rocking 6'1 at 220 lbs 8% body fat squatting 550, dl 585, bench 350 and faster than i already am (roughly 4.9-5.0 electric forty). alright i should stop now i'm shitfaced. i'm so happy we won regionals.

Organic doesn't mean bacteria free. If you eat raw eggs it's important to use fresh ones. Still there is no reason to put you at risk as there is no advantage to eating cooked or fried eggs. Directly after lifting I wouldn't eat eggs as they feel quite heavy I just drink a gainer to regain energy.

This is the first post in this thread. I have not read the entire thread. So this question may already be answered elsewhere. In that case I'm sorry for the repeat.
+ Show Spoiler [Who am I and what do I know about Heal…] +I've been working out like all my life. I've read and know a lot on the subject. I'm the go to guy when my friends want to know something or to be inspired to work out. I knew that I'd exercise less after SC2 launch. But I've kept going strong. Before SC2 launch I was at the gym or tracks 4-5 days a week. Now it is more like 3. But I consider that well above average. This is me before SC2 launch. http://gogo-martin.blogspot.com/2010/07/pre-starcraft-2-shape.htmlI'm currently low diamond (1100-1200) at EU server. 200+ bonus points.
I wonder if any of you have this "problem"..
After a session at the gym. Do you feel like your mouse movements are sloppy, you feel tired and can't get that gaming focus?
I've experienced that a couple of times now, and it is rather annoying. It would be a shame if I can't play after working out.
Anyone else experienced this?
