I'd still say /fit/ is dubious at its best...
Today's workout:
Push Press: 62kg x 8 and 67kg x 5 (+2kg and +7kg and -3 rep) Very happy with this improvement! DB Shoulder Press: 20kg x 8 and 25kg x 6 SHIPS: 40kg x 8 and 50kg x 6 (+10kg and -2 reps) BB Curl: 40kg x 10 and 50kg x 8 Pinwheels: 25kg x 6 and 30kg x 9 (oh man how these burn...)
Pretty happy with today's workout although I've been slacking a bit on the eating.

Honestly, pretty much none of the boards are anywhere near as asscracky as /b/ :p

I finally managed to do a complete set (5 reps) of bench at 195, but afterwards, I was completely drained, and could only do 3 on the next set...
195 was such a bitch to reach, took me three sessions to complete a single set of five
first session was 3 sets of 4x reps, 2nd session was utter garbage 3-4-3...
hopefully I'll be able to do 3x5 next time I bench
managed to move up in squats to 205, despite a hurt left heel and a rolled right ankle; didn't feel too smart doing squats while injured, but manned it out nonetheless
current figures bench - 195 (can't do 3x5 yet) press - 130 DL - 255 squat - 205
decnet progress, could be alot better
/drunk rant, back to pre-halloween drinking~~~~

But today, after i've been browsing /fit/ for a about 2 years, mirin' Zyzz, and some trolling here and there, i finally joined a gym today, i finally did it. Just came back and it feels fucking amazing, slamming down $400 in cash for 1 year felt less good though, but i don't regret it for one second. I'm excited as hell, can't wait to see how i feel in a year There was some posting last night on /fit/ about how some guy was in diamond league and I started arguing about how anyone who played BW could get into diamond no problem; I was wondering if it was someone from TL, was it you? :p
Hahaha i didn't start that thread but i was posting in it and i'm pretty sure i know which one of those guys you were, and i was thinking the exact same thing. "man, this guy is from TL, i fucking know it!"

Lots more handstands work of course. i wish i had somewhere to do handstand work lol. i don't even feel like i can safely do it anywhere around here. the only wall i have is on top of a cement floor outdoors and i have nothing for padding indoors the ceiling in this house isn't high enough lol :/ jealous of 1 arm chin btw, still can't seem to get it though at some point i just stopped trying i figure i'll try for that again once i have a gym so i can do weighted pulls/chins
yeah, that sucks with the handstand situation.... usually can do them indoors.
OAC/OAP is really a multiyear training thing so its not like you're going to get it in a year usually unless hyou have gorilla genetics or already have a good base of strength when starting training

I should take a photo of my legs, they are pretty hairy though, maybe I'll wear my skins and do it.
I need to put this out here to become accountable. My leg workout partner and I have set a goal for 140kg (308lb) squat by February.
Had legs today, got home, the weather is still not really warm enough yet, our summer doesn't crank until Nov/Dec. Jumped straight into the pool, my nipples went so hard I could have cut glass with them, legs felt good though.
I feel like ribs today, going to go out and get a subway salad for lunch and 3-4 racks of ribs for dinner!

No, not at all.
Any, inputs?
My upper body isn't as "fatty" and bulked since I do cardio, and play soccer occasionally. So yes, my numbers are:
Deadlift: 100kg Squat 95kg (as of now) PowerClean: 54kg Press: 60kg BenchPress: 72.5kg

That's right.

great numbers for a 65kg dude, especially in the press and bench. btw what were your starting numbers for each lift?

Is that press with stand still from chest height? If it is, it's pretty impressive compared to the other figures, I mean I struggle pressing 65kg dead weight from chest height, but i bench 125kg and deadlift 192,5kg.
Am I just weak from the shoulders?

Yeah you're doing something wrong in the press if you can press more than you pc and weigh only 65kg. There's like no way to press near bw after that little time training. Even push pressing that after how little you've been training and how little you weigh would be extremely impressive.

I was doing squats on Saturday, after my heaviest set I dropped down to 60kg for 25 reps, at about 20 reps I started to feel weird, once I got to 25 and rakced, I got a massive head spin followed by a huge headache on the left side of my head.
It went away after a few minutes, but as soon as I did weights the headache would come raging back.
I had a spin class today and decided to go early and do some shoulders, same thing, the moment I lifted weights, basically got blood flow to any other part of my body the headache would start in the same place. I did a set of 25 pullups, the moment I dropped it felt like a migraine all around my head, it went away by the time the spin class started. Didn't feel it during the spin class.
Did I burst a blood vessel or something?
