With 2 litres milk it comes to...idk but it should be more than ample. The BB.com calculator says you need an inhuman amount of protein but I will read up on that unless someone can quick-answer me.
The only problem with tuna-mayonaise is it contains no fat or carbs so I have a bit of white bread with it, although it does makes the taste worse (Obviously I need to work out my calory intake anyway so will deal with this)
err... you can eat good tasting and healthy food too...
if you're a baller you can get tuna steaks and sear them so that they have a nice crust on the outside but are still pink on the inside. omg so good. add salt + pepper + chives. or soy sauce + wasabi.
but yeah people think to get buff you gotta eat all these healthy boring foods but nah, you can find healthy fun foods.
Yea seared tuna is easy/delicious, also grilled salmon on a cedar plank, so easy to do and soooo goood.

310 squat 225 bench 160 overhead 400 deadlift
My bench goal is pretty optimistic. I have really long arms which screws me up a bit on the bench. I'm trying to decide if I should cut down to 10% BF after SS or do Madcow's. I'm currently leaning more towards Madcow's because I figure I can just cut over a couple of months before heading to Okinawa on vacation :D.
What is your height and current weight?
Out lifts are very similar, deadlift and squat is the same, my bench and overhead is lower due a rotator cuff injury in my left shoulder, just curious to know how you much currently weight and rough bf% if you know.
Height: 6'3 Weight: 205 pounds BF%: 15-17%~ ... I haven't measured it in a reliable way lately, but calipers give me 16%.
Are you sure our lifts are the same? I think you may be comparing my goals to your currents :D.
Lol, no. I'm not Decaf. I'm 5'7" - 165lb.
My maximums before I was injured was around 10% lower than your goals. My current lifts in 5x5 although I'm not really struggling on squat or dead-lifts yet.

Are these your one rep or five rep maximums? I'm talking about my 5RM.
In any case, you're looking strong for your size. Being able to bench press your body weight with a bad shoulder is more than good; I can only do about 90kg 1RM I estimate.
On Monday, I'm going to try and fix my form on a couple of exercises. I think my footwork on the bench press is bad, and I'm sure my shoulder blade positioning can use some work. Also, my hip drive on the squat could probably be better, so it's time to work more on that.
Squat - 35kg Bench - 42.5kg Chinups - forearm felt slightly sprained/strained instantly so stopped Mpress - 20kg Abs - 3x11 leg raises Dumbell - 1x5 12.5kg then friend phoned so I had to leave
I am 6'2 and between 70 and 80kg, still havent checked.
Question: How much vitiman D should I take per day? I bought 90 pills, each are 12.5ug. Question: Energies do you still take B6 and B12?
I cannot afford fish oil. It is rediculously expensive here (£15 a bottle etc).
Today's diet: 4 litres milk A banana Some sausages A local shop sells 500kcal chocolate bars for 44p. Woot. All-in-one vitiman pills (3x?)
Attended a olympic weightlifting class in my crossfit gym. Did split jerks. Was so much fun! Ended up with doing 70 kg. power clean split jerk, which I think is pretty good considering this was my first time trying the exercise.
Will definitely attend more of these olympic weightlifting classes since they are the kind of exercises that I am weak at - compared to BW exercises at least.
I hate not squatting/deadlifting Starting to get antsy again and all i can do to relieve it is upper body shit Wrist is still getting better but its starting to feel a lot more comfortable. Made it through my whole rugby game on friday without pain in it (did get kneed in the face though) I also scored an 80 meter try against our rivals :D Really need to take it easy on the drinking though T_T

I take 5 x 25ug (1000iu) per day. 10x if I feel like I have a cold coming on or I went out drinking the night before.
If yours are 1/2 the strength I'd advise 10 a day as eshlow has suggested.
I don't take B6 & B12 directly but I take about 5mg of Spirulina a day, which has bulk amount of Vitamin B12 and some B6, as well as a myriad of other vitamins and minerals.
Omega 3's are so important ;(. See if you can buy it online perhaps? or check to see if Flax is cheaper, even if you buy straight Flax and pour it on your oats.

If things went all medieval and you had to fight a fit guy like me over your girl, I'd ravage your ass and take her. You ok with that?
When your girl is out with her friends, she's checkin' me out because I've worked to improve my appearance and it shows. You ok with that?
You think you're safe out here in this world? You think it's ok to be this unfit, lazy little monger? You know you're not safe in your job, I'm sure. Every day you go above and beyond to make sure that the cutthroat guillotine of labor supply doesn't mutilate you into an unrecognizable, unemployed piece of shit. Why do you think it's different with your fitness?
How would you get to where you are? People look at you and laugh. People use you as a benchmark to change their own habits. You ok with that?
Let's get it poppin', kid. No relapses. It's kill or be killed out here: it's always has been. Sure, we changed the rules a little an added our own little triffling sense of justice and morality. But nothing's really changed.
Don't be one of these assholes making pathethic reoccurring attempts to change their lifestyle. Don't whine about it. You've got self-discipline and nothing else in this life. You've got one try: To fail once if to fail every time. In six months, you're either going to be a pathethic, guilt-ridden failure, or a fucking tribute to human will. Your bitch of a mother-in-law will make comments like "I can't believe it", your girl will get nervous about how much you can accomplish by just setting your mind to it and start asking you to tell her she's good enough for you. ASsholes who taunted you will have nothing, nothing to say. You did something they either simply couln't even begin, or tried to do and failed miserably.
And then when my girl is out with her friends, she'll be checking you out, motherfucker. Let's do this.

Any idea what they are? I have something similar on my right back, around where the lat meets the shoulder, but it's not as pronounced.
I've definitely just noticed more of these across both of my lats on the back. Is my skin just really inflexible? O.o
Stretch marks.
I've had these for about a year now in my inner thigh and developed them on my chest and back a few months ago. They don't seem to be fading much, how can they be removed?
they cant, ive had mine for like 8years now, but after a while they will start to fade and basically just be like only a little paler then the surrounding skin, will only be noticeable from close by
I personally like this. Although it's the most overused song for practically anything in the world, Frank McGrath is a badass. I mean, he obviously took roids, but even with them getting to that size with that kind of waist is ridiculous.
