Oh my god i can't believe what just happened. Played a game as Nature Prophet, pushed all the tower like a madman and before 30 minute i killed 2 rax and all the towers and then... our pudge and mirana decide to AFK for all the fuckin game. Of course we ended up losing.
I'm on a 6 game losing streak because of afkers, leavers and early game feeders.
I'm so fuckin mad right now that I'm not enjoying this game anymore.

I was 19/1 on mirana, 50minute game I had the nuts. our alchemist has nothing but phase boots and magic wand at 50minutes. yells at me for being bad all game because i dont hit 100% of my arrows. he was something like 1/13. i dont understand noobs.

I was supporting Faceless Void as Necrolyte in bottom lane and he basically had free farm. He then starts to build Maelstrom, so I asked him "Why are you building a Maelstrom first over a Battle Fury?" He replied "Maelstrom will help me farm Battle Fury quicker." I told him it would be better if you got battle fury first, but he told me to play my hero and not his....

Maelstrom into Mjollnir is actually quite good on Void. His reasoning for saying it'll help him get to a Battle Fury is bad, but the item itself is good.

No doubt the item is amazing, but after you get some attack speed or even a MoM. But the thing is he didn't get Mjollnir just the Maelstrom and his reasoning behind getting Maelstrom was to farm Battle Fury quicker. Just silly x.x.

3) MoM and Mjoll are both orbs, you shouldn't get both

Although yea, mael/mjoll --> BF is terrible.

Actually, in Dota 2, you can get both Mjollnir and a lifesteal orb, and both will work, though not at the same time (you will leech life from all auto attacks except those in which Chain Lightning procs).

I agree totally that MoM is a terrible item, but people seem to like it for some reason. What I meant was he got Maelstrom as his first item to farm battle fury. I am not talking about Mjoll, I am talking about maelstrom. Maelstrom is not that good unless you have attack speed.

I thought that was the case even in dota1, where you could have mjolnir and lifesteal and lifesteal would work on all the attacks that did -not- proc lightning.

Anyway you could just go vlads and avoid this entire debate ~

Or you could realise that lifesteal isn't that good. Either its early game in which case you do no dmg --> no lifesteal, or its late game and you should probably be saving for either buybacks or getting a butter/heart/ect. It is good in certain situations (jungling, roshing, in 5carries vs 5carries, huskar, probably others but I cant think of them right now), but in teamfights people get focused down, meaning that while you are below 100% HP, you are probably stunned/hexed/ect.

Satanic late game can be good, especially if you have BKB as well (and it builds out of helm, the best lifesteal item imo).

Mjoll/mael still isn't good with lifesteal. It simply isn't efficient :S

I just can't believe the run I am having. I am by no means pro, or probably that good, but I just played a game where no one would play mid, not sk, not clinkz and not Storm, so I was solo mid Enchantress against Pudge, and managed to come out ahead in my lane.

I pushed down 3 tier 1 towers and got 6-4, the rest of the team went 5 kills, 25 deaths in half an hour, with two players on my team who were still level 9 after 30 minutes of playing. What the fucking fuck.

It's so difficult not to rage like a madman.

Went Mid with invoker went 6-0 till like 20 minute and PL gets like 4-0 but still we lose on the top lane veno and lion feeded gondar like 15 kills.Well at end lion finished like 2-15 and veno like 0-16.How cant u rage at that

I'm actually considering uninstalling. Although I'm playing with people with approximately the same number of wins as I do, it always feels like my team will have 2+ feeders who will finish 5ish levels below everyone else and we lose.

How do people get around this? At lower levels, is it best just to play Ursa / Lycan types where you don't need anyone else and try and win that way?

I'm just getting too frustrated with the losses due to shitty teammates. The last game I played, I had almost as much cs as the rest of my team combined....

We end up winning, but is it so much to ask for just 1 game where I can get some item before 25min??????????

Btw, I do play supports, so im not a spoiled child who wants to play the carry every game to boast about it later....

What I don't get are the people that pick hard carry and then don't afk farm. It's like once you commit and pick a hero like Spec/Void/PL etc... you may as well do that. I don't want you to come gank with your perserverance and add another 5-10 minutes to the time where you will be useful.
