Just as an example I have a second account that I sometimes troll on, it's in the shithole mmr bracket. But you have no idea how EVERYONE thinks they're amazing and how they know everything about the game. Like a game earlier today, I was Sylla, my team fed a SA pretty hardcore and kept going into jungle to farm and got ganked but would never learn their lesson. So as I'm farming towards my items on how to handle this threat, my team would constantly badger me about my terrible item choices and kept telling me to build radiance, even though it was past 30 minutes and the threat of radiance has already gone down quite drastically. So then eventually we got a team fight, guess what happened? I locked down the SA and their team promptly fell. Wanna guess what I got that they deemed so bad? Basher on both with MKB, so all I did was pop my bkb and right click on him through the smoke cloud and chain stunned him while their team couldn't do anything but tickle me. | ||

Amount of games HINTS at the experience a player has. So if you don't want to waste your time to often with people that are most probably worse than you, you want to play with people that have about a similar amount of games. Yes, this has nothing to do with the MMS... But much with "experience" actually being REALLY important in Dota  .Someone with 300+ games will rarely be a true newb, probably not a really good player either, but chances are that he won't towerdive at lvl 1 because he wanted to pick up the Tango someone dropped there . | ||

I wish it was my fault but I don't think it is. I'm always highest level, highest GPM, and with the best K/D/A ratio on my team. I'm winning my lane. I'm outfarming everyone on the map until our team starts to get picked off in ridiculous locations around the map. I've tried playing games where I help them when they do stupid shit and I've tried playing games where I just ignore tem and let them get killed once in a while. Nothing helps. When their team has Ursa, Lycan, FV, Riki or some other pub-stomp hero they ALWAYS go like 15-2. When someone on my team gets Lycan he goes 2-10 and finishes Vlads at 30 minutes. I guess Valve doesn't want me to play so I guess I won't. | ||

I guess Valve doesn't want me to play so I guess I won't. alot people been there. whenever your w/l gets higher or around 20 wins, the system 'panics' and put you with some 'noobs'. in which judging from this weird sh!t only happened lately, i strongly believe the newer beta invites are responsible for this. that, or they did something with the mm system. solo queue has come to point where it challenges your mental stability (but still is 10000times better than HoN's game with griefers/flamers). if you were like me dont mind going supporter role, i had some 20games losing streak 2 weeks ago. solution for now is dont go solo queue, or go hardcore pub stomp hero like huskar or go mid (in this case you need to own mid hard AND gank very successfully). gl with that. i learnt that from my games which are mostly mid/high and very luckily i have met some decent players around the same time and we now team up and roll pub :D | ||

I have played DotA for over 4 years now, shouldn't I get matched with people at the same skill level? Sven and Omni both died lvl 1 first blood to venomancer and naix on a REGULAR lane. There was no rune involved or anything. Then Sven left top immediately and started roaming which led to Omni dying several times more. I tried to gank sometimes and got double kill once + assisted bloodseeker twice. But then they just gave up and kept on feeding and feeding... HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO DIE MORE THAN 10 TIMES IN A 32 MINUTE GAME AND ONLY HAVE 4 ASSISTS? ._. DotA 2, I will never matchmake alone again. I never understood "ELO hell" from LoL, but I guess I know how it feels like at least. | ||

It doesn't help even when you queue with people. Just played a game where I queued with 3 of my regular teammates. It was like they all went retard mode. Was playing enchantress. Got bad creeps but still managed to have an impact on the lane with 2 early kills. Took tower pretty early as well. At 14 min point I was 4-0 and had extremely good farm but my friends just failed. Meh I think it greatly depends who the person is laning with, like a few days ago, I was playing with a friend, one game he jungled on naix and went 20-2, then the next game, he went kunkka and ended up 0-14 or something when he had to lane with some random pub. And losing streaks happen, there's no way of preventing it, so just deal with it and keep queueing. I think it was two weeks ago where I just couldn't stop losing games, I'm typically around 55-60 wins over losses and went down to like 30. I remember one of the games I lost I was playing SF and I DEMOLISHED this potm in mid, to the point where I was level 11 as she hit level 6. Still lost because everyone else on my team was going for the maelk award and their combined score at like 10 minutes was 1-14 or some shit. | ||
