So yeah, i love Russians. so tell me.....where and how should this person learn to play puck? when people are bad with certain heroes they shouldnt be allowed to play htem? you think you can learn puck by playing with bots? and even if he does yous till need alot of practice vs real enemies. its like with the people telling noobs to quit dota because they are so bad. at some point people just have to learn heroes and they will suck with it at first. if you have a problem with such people then just think about getting better yourself so you can reach a higher MMR rating, and the chances of playing with people who dont know shit is decreased | ||

If you are bad at Dota, micro, awarness and decision making, you don't pick Puck. We are talking here about dude who went 2-9-3 while taking mid slot and NEVER ganking during laning. So maybe first enigma and wards and when you are able to comprahend that hero you take more complicated stuff. | ||

That generally means you still play heroes even if you're not the best at them You're not gonna get better with a hero by playing other heroes...you practice with that hero. | ||

If you understand the basics of the game and basic mechanics, it doesn't matter which hero you played. You may play poor, or decent, or non-optimal but not completely stomped. If someone played really horrible with a hero that never played before, I am pretty sure there is something missing in general skill-wise. You can achieve at least not to feed with a hero that you never played before. | ||

There is a limit to that, you are playing weak heroes with mana intensive escapes, managing your mana, while still being effective in fights, in lanes is harder when you first play them, do you have enough to go invisible if you attack now, etc. These are learnt by playing THAT hero. Playing against bots can help, but there are so many situations that cannot be learnt from just knowing the mechanics of positioning... | ||

It was just a small comment so I'll leave it there. my QQ now. solo queue into CM and get a 4 stack on my team that not only never played CM before, but also apparently had a captain that couldn't read as he didn't know when picks and bans were. Needless to say it was the single most painful game of my life... ended up with a Viper (me, 1st time playing), Zeus, Magnus, Nature's Prophet, and Dark Seer. | ||

Single draft. Pick Razor. Immediately go mid. Guy picks Storm Spirit and goes mid as well. My reaction: "wtf?" His response: "lol Razor isn't a mid, bro". ...seriously? Razor does just fine as mid. And I've done very well on Razor before. However that's WITHOUT having to compete with a Storm Spirit for last hits. Eventually I go top because I'm sick of fighting for it but I'm horribly underfarmed, underlevelled by this point and end up having to compete with a Tidehunter for farm this time against a Juggernaut and Drow. Of course going to be a loss because I'm the strongest carry on our team and am horribly underfarmed thanks to this genius. Give me strength. I'm just thankful our Dazzle dropped so I could quit. Honestly I feel almost like I should have just demanded mid or feed. I hate being a dick but honestly if he'd just buggered off we could have won that game. | ||

You can pick almost anything and farm mildly decent while halfway paying attention, and still be effective in most games. What I don't love is when my friends are less than worthless, and complain about lag spikes and ping all game. To most players, you can tell the difference between poor decision making and a lag spike, so why do people still use it as some kind of excuse? Sad days when I won't even play with my best friend any more  . He needs to fix his internet.EDIT: To clarify, I want him to have good internet so he won't have anything to blame his poor decision making on, and can focus on improving. | ||

Well let's see here, 3 deaths, yea that is totally feeding unlike the 1-14 cm or the carry thinking he's invincible and going in 1v5(rambo) which cost us the rax. 4 kills let's see, one was because i ulted and anchored killing someone, the other three were because i had to use gush or smash to get the kill or else the player would have gotten away because my allies thought getting a SINGLE farm or moving back a little for courier to give item was WAY more important than a kill. The farm, i wasn't even laning with the carry(pa), cm was... HERP DERP. 28 assists, how would i get that many assists if i did not land good ults to win fights. No way i could get 28 assists by just gushing and smashing. i said this to my teammates, but all they said was that i should stop whining, being a baby, a no life and that i should play better and grow some balls....... enough said. | ||

I HATE INVOKER... I have no fuckin idea what m I doing when I am playing invoker.. doesnt help when my teammates are clueless too. :S GG game... no return Random PL immediately.. nice... I can play PL ezpz.. ooo.. enemy pick slardar.. damn... teammate pick weaver... wat?? last pick... riki... wow.. just wow... my head hurts so bad from the bads.. Needless to say no actual stuns + ezpz dusts + amp = GG by 15 min FINALLY.. radiant randomed warlock.. solo own invoker and centaur top. FBed the centaur who got too gungho. warded like a bitch the whole game.. made stupid items like lothars and orchid, BH owning early then decided to suicide into their turtling forest farming group while alch and naix was just afk farming whole game while enemy QOP feed on ES... still won.. meh.. today's a new day... more wins more wins.. Maybe I should stop randoming and pick try hard heroes. But then again.. randoming is so much fun.. (except when I get invoker) | ||
