My PC has just died and need to build another. Starcraft is really the only game I play. I am just wondering if Intel HD graphics 630 found in the Intel Kaby Lake processors (7700k I do a lot of programming and encoding and multithreaded stuff etc) would be enough to run SC2 on medium?
I have seen a link on You Tube which seems ok, but the video does not have many units in it. I know I should buy a dedicated graphics card (and I will), but I am just waiting for the vega release before I part which any money on a graphics card.
Any one managing with Intel IGP 630 on medium? Willing to turn Post processing, physics and effects to Low in order to get the best FPS possible.

The 7700k will easily run Starcraft, if you turn down some graphics settings, you will get better FPS than someone who has an i5 and a 1070.

Can handle sc2 graphically fine, especially on non-max settings. Biggest issue w/ integrated is the graphics drivers, AMD shares a lot of stuff between their CPU graphics and graphics cards so they tend to have better support while Intel graphics drivers are questionable at best
