Optimized settings for streaming DotA 2?

My goal is europe, because the stream is mostly for friends and the countries in my timezone.

Made 3 videos with 3 different resolution sizes 1080p / 720p / 460p but with same settings (quality/bit rate etc)
Haven't tested for teamfights, but i wonder how big difference the bit rate has on my gameplay experience while streaming.
Tested theese 3 with 1500/1500 on both. (had 1500/2000) in the picture down below

First, it doesn't make sense to run three different resolution tests with the same bitrate.

Second, what exactly are you asking for? Are you unhappy with your stream? Or do you just want some feedback?

Maybe you should start by reading some guides?

What i wanted to hear was some feedback, maybe someone that is streaming DotA 2 also.

As for the bitrate part i dont know a jack,
When I stream i land around 800 kbps I think, when streaming with 720p (a red number with kbps in Xplit at the top.
what should I have in theese settings then | VBV Max Bitrate (kbps) | VBV Buffer (kbit)
== I have 1500/1500 in both of them at the moment, but i dont know if its good.

I read thoose guides but didn't get alot, but I think I got it working pretty good for my friends who live in sweden, they say the stream is fine and the quality is ok.

But I'm not sure how it is for the rest in Europe

To give you some basics:

From the second link:

480p (720x480): 750-1000kbps
720p (1280x720): 1500-3000kbps
1080p (1920x1080): 3000-5000kbps+

Your 800-mark isn't set and locked. It will move according to the (graphical) action in the game. So for a 720p stream you are okay at 1500/1500 but could do higher for even better quality - monitor your CPU usage and if you got room to spare play with the preset and quality settings as per suggested in above guides (3rd link, read last 3-4 pages).

Also your sound bitrate could be bumped up to at least twice what you have.

I was wondering about the Video Encoding. The quality tab there, how much difference does it make when you raise it from 6->8

I dont know if you used Xplit or using it, but i'm little confused about that

Can you choose what source of sound Xplit will record?

For an example:
I don't want the sound from skype to be heard on the stream, I just want my music to play.

a) Not the rates, the settings for preset/quality are CPU limited. The rates are just for adjusting bandwidth.
b) It doesn't change that much, but if you got a powerful CPU select 10. Preset changes more than this one.
c) Yes, I use XSplit on a regular basis, and I'm also member of their pre-release software test group.
d) Yes, you can, but you need to use software like VAC for it.
