o.o well why would you ever rub your finger on your keyboard? theres not a single finger print on my board. and even if you touch it once a day unless your THAT lazy you cant take a wet paper towel and clean your keyboard once a month thres no problem. I think most people who own a filco are kinda afraid to think that just maybe the keyboard they payed 150 for is actually the same thing as a 100-120 dollar board. well unless you can prove me wrong. same keycaps, same key switch all have nkro . what is the difference besides the logo and the case? If someone just blindly says quality without being specific again I'ma step ona baby =.=.

I don't know anyone who has bought a filco and has worried about the quality.....
I could go buy a black widow right now and it would be the same switch/same nkro cheaper price. Comparing filco to anything else is probably preposterous. Quality > anything. Filco for keyboards is at the top then its leopold, rosewill(filco controller)Ducky, noppoo, steelseries, das, razer.

The Filco case is very nice. But you are right, there are only slight differences between the majority of mech boards.

Build quality is more than just about the materials (sturdiness, internal structure and functionality), but as usual with any high end product the price doesn't scale according to what you get. There aren't any massive differences between those boards you mentioned. Compare those boards to a blackwidow ultimate and you get why a board in that price range can be considered to have worse quality.

Well maybe you misunderstood him or something because 3-4 days I ask Steelseries on tweeter this:
+ Show Spoiler +Tomasz B******** @Bulkers 27 Dec @SteelSeries Do you have in plans release new mechanical keyboard or 6g with MX brown/blue? Filco/DAS/Ducky are so expensive to get in Eu
They very often reply to people (thats why I like them above Razer), and this time answer was pretty short:
+ Show Spoiler +SteelSeries @SteelSeries 28 Dec @Bulkers None.

That's not true. Filcos are more expensive because they are more scarce. The only real difference is the stabilizers. The Ducky 9 series has a more solid steel-plate, so it has a much better resale value than you claim. You won't notice a difference in quality or feel going from a typical rubber board to Ducky 1 or 9 series or a Filco, but you may see a difference going from Filco to Ducky. I just think Filcos are way overpriced for such a small difference.
