Ducky is compatible with all standard keycaps. But that is the shine isn't it? If so it is kinda challenging to find keys that let the backlight through even though they will fit. There is some Chinese store that sells keycaps, cant remember its name. WASD keyboards if you want to design things yourself. | ||

He should be fine though with Ducky. There's just a few mechanical keyboards that require non-standard modifiers such as the CM Storm and Leopold. If he's buying keycaps for the Ducky Shine II though, he should do a bit of research on keycaps that allow the LED lights to be visible. There are a few on the market, but not all will. | ||

I think you can buy new stabilisers from WASD, possibly available from other places. | ||
