Like okay, my computer crashed, but I know the reason, I don't really like spending those 20 seconds just waiting for the percentage to increase. My computer can reboot in like 3 seconds after the bios screen, so if I'm in a game and my computer crashes, I'd like to be able to hop back into it in 30 seconds rather than 50. Please and thank you  | ||

I figured out that if I unplug the keyboard until after startup it will boot fine but I was wondering if there was a more practical solution? | ||

For some reason, every single time i try to share anything on my network, stupid problems arise. I seem to not grasp some simple concept, but i have no idea what that is. 15 years ago, i could simply click a folder, and let everyone on the network access it. That is apparently completely impossible now. Instead i apparently have to work with Homegroups. The last time i wanted to move files around, i managed to set a homegroup up, and sharing worked. But now, for some reason, i am no longer a member in my own homegroup. The homegroup panel states that a homegroup created by me on my PC exists, and i can join it by typing the password. Sadly i don't know that password anymore (Or never did, because it was some random shit that the homegroup made up). So now there is a homegroup that no PC is in, and that no one can join, and that i apparently can not get rid of because i am not in it. I just want to share files with other PCs on my network. There has got to be a simpler way than doing that via internet and dropbox. What the fuck do i have to do? I don't care about safety, it is a cabled home network, so for anyone to get access, they would have to be in my apartment anyways. I just want to be able to move files between two windows 10 pcs connected to the same network. Why is that so hard? | ||

Set your network as private and turn on file sharing, then right click a folder > properties > sharing > advanced sharing > check box. Under network and sharing center > advanced sharing settings you can turn on network discovery and automatic setup of connected devices, as well as file and printer sharing. For what it's worth, all you have to do w/ homegroups is type "homegroup" in the start menu (W7, W8, or W10) and open the HomeGroup control panel item. There's a change password button there if you're the owner (if you aren't it will tell you which PC is and you can log into that one to change it). If you don't have access to that (the owner PC isn't on the network anymore) it should give you the option to create a new one. I just replaced my mobo/cpu, and the controller is no longer recognized by the pc. Flashes white when I press the PS button. Tried different USB cables, those hacky PS4 drivers, controller resets, all without any success. I don't see anything showing up in devices (nothing like playstation controller, or wireless controller even). I don't have another controller I can try to see if its a dead controller or something, Anyone have any tips? | ||

Please and thank you I expect that it's creating the memory dump that's taking time. Either way, minimizing the dump size may reduce the time to create it and to upload it. Running full load for a few days is pretty trivial. Miners do this for months at a time. I imagine if you somehow "burned up" any amount of memory the whole thing would be failing. Generally miners will scale settings back a bit from its maximum to lower temps (lowering the voltage and increasing the fan speed helps drop temps considerably). If you're concerned, just do the same. In MSI afterburner you can just set the power threshold down to like 70-80% and adjust the fan curve or manually set it to a higher %. I basically tweak my settings to keep temps <= 70C at full load. | ||

The spec of the laptop says "230W AC Adapter". I have emailed them for more details.
