Chromecast is one option. Wireless in your PC and a Microsoft Display Adapter (or TV with Miracast or similar) is an option too. If you go apple, there's the airplay method.

Look into unofficial TV apps. Samsung smart TVs had one for Twitch for awhile, dunno if it's still supported.

I found something to watch twitch on smart tv, it doesn't work very good for me (slow internet) but it may work for you guys

One Repeater can handle 2 devices (tv and pc)? My Repeater has many abortions and I don't know why. What about a Repeater with Mesh-function (FritzWLAN 310 for 30€)?

Repeaters are generally garbage since they operate on the same frequencies and cause interference. Run ethernet or powerline as alternatives. You can always use a 2nd access point instead of a repeater if you can get a wired connection somewhere else.

WLAN is the one option I can use. My pc and tv are in the same room, my pc has internet acces (50% signal) while my TV (5m away) got ~10% signal. I have to use a repeater only for my TV. Buying a firestick and extension cable is another option. I want to watch Netflix and DAZN on my tv.

Can't you use any sort of cable between PC and TV? Network, HDMI, whatever.

My old laptop is having some problems.

It's shutting off in a few seconds after powering up. I read that it may be because memory module problems. It has two slots and two ram modules.

So I started experimenting. Using either one of the sticks in either slots causes the same problem. Only when I pull out both sticks it works, well it stays powered on but without any ram it's not much good :D

Should I just buy a cheap ram stick to test in case my both are faulty, or just hand it over to a repair shop?

Try cleaning the contacts of the memory sticks with alcohol. Rub gently with a soft cloth.

The other thing could be either the memory itself is faulty (running few full sequences of memtest is not a bad idea after cleaning the slots) or overheating (but it seems like this is not the issue here). Try the suggestion above first.

I tried memtest but pc doesn't stay alive long enough to complete tests.

What bugs me is it stays powered when I pull out both memory sticks, so it shouldn't be a power or mobo issue? Repair shops are too quick to decide for full mobo replacement which costs nearly the whole laptop

Did your run memtest with failsafe settings? F1 when it's starting.
It could be mobo or faulty power adapter as well.

Can also try upgrading your BIOS :D

Let's say I wanna play cs go with 144hz and that my computer cannot reach 144 fps for others games, is there any point in setting my monitor to 60hz and only switch to 144hz when I play cs go or should I just leave it to 144hz?

If you're using VSync then I believe the PC won't bother trying to render additional frames beyond the refresh limit, potentially lowering the demand on the video card/CPU. I'd say it's not really enough to be of value, though.
