Most heatsinks, especially the more expensive ones, use metal wire clips for attaching the fans. Hyper 212 Plus uses those plastic things. If you take off the fan, you should be able to disassemble the plastic clipping construction from the fan itself and probably reuse it on a new fan. See the bottom picture here: http://www.silentpcreview.com/article1046-page5.html
That said, I believe the Hyper 212 Plus was supposed to come with an extra set of clips.
The fan itself you can buy from pretty much anywhere. To be safe, not guessing what the motherboard supports, you probably want a model with PWM control. And definitely something of 12 cm (the same) size. A suitable, reasonable replacement that's easy to find and not super premium yet not terrible is the Cougar Vortex (PWM model): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835553006
edit: on second thought, with those funky clips, a fan with a square frame might be a better pick. I don't think it'll matter, though, eyeballing the shape of the clip and the frames. I guess this Phanteks should be okay and is on sale: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835709037

It's worth mentioning that sleeve bearings are "meant" for a horizontal alignment. I think the rest of the bearings you'll run into are suited for vertical alignment. Mostly this just means it'll wear out sooner (and develop something like a whine or rattle), but it's still usually on the order of years before that happens.

Thanks guys. I will try the Phanteks fan and let you know how it goes. 12 dollars plus free shipping is pretty convenient.

I've heard horror stories of vertical mounted sleeve bearings. Maybe some of the good ones last a year or two

Would a 450W Bronze PSU be enough to power a i5-4670 + either R9 280 or GTX 960 + one HDD & one SSD system?

Yes, unless it's a particularly bad PSU and can't supply nearly that much power
|
|
you should really ask if your PSU is "bad" or not though since most psus you can buy are crap

I plan to buy a i-4690K. I do NOT plan to get a massive OC tho. I will NOT OC my memory.
Should i get 2x4Gb CL8 1.35V 1600Mhz or 2x4Gb CL9 1.5V 1866Mhz ? (i'm kinda lost with all the different choices).

Noticed when i play a youtube video, most of the time it'll black screen at the start of video, and seemingly at other random times throughout the video. If i pause and play the video, it goes back to displaying the video again
the audio continues to play, but the video cuts to black. Any ideas?

~1.7v is ok and lower volts is mainly wasting performance for very minor reductions in power that are functionally irrelevant unless you're running a datacenter with a few thousand RAM sticks
I will NOT OC my memory.
1866 is already an OC on memory. The memory controller on Haswell only supports 1600mhz in spec.
Even a 100-200mhz change on CPU is probably way more significant than memory choice you make, unless you have some memory that gets waaaaaaaay more performance than other memory (like random 1333c9 vs 2133c9 kits)

Iirc you don't get more than 1600Mhz unless you OC the memory. I'd go with the first option based on the info you've given.

it's better than a no-name PSU you might get for like €20, that's for sure. RM isn't a great series but it does the job

I just killed the screen on my old netbook so I need a new laptop. I don't need one soon so I was wondering if I should start looking for one now or if I should wait a few months.

What's the price range you're looking for and what do you plan on doing with said laptop?

I'd like something that can play games and I'm flexible with my price range. I guess ultimately I'd like something that would at least function as a bit of a desktop substitute.
(I have a desktop but for in case I travel or go somewhere for an extended period of time I want to be able to do most of the same things)

The reason i ask and even the reason why instaled HWmonitor in first plece is that i experienced a very nasty crash today while playing ACIII. My system crashed and i couldnt repair it and eventualy had to install completly new system. Wonder whats responsible.

Do you use firefox, perchance?
