Think i managed to sort it however im now at my parents Place and they needed me to plug in a tv into my old pc. im not getting full Picture and i dont know what to do. also this keyboard has 16 buttons that get stuck when i press them XD FML

Go into the menu on the TV and search around. Look for something with "scan" in the name of the setting. That's the one to tweak that.

There might also be a way to tweak things like this in the graphics card settings. You would have to influence these numbers, I suspect, and maybe those additional resolution on the left of the screenshot already do that: http://i.imgur.com/WehqLAh.png

What happens when you run two different fans (one is 800-1500, the other is 600-2400) off of a single split PWM signal. Will both of them run at the same % of max RPM (like parallel voltage regulation) or will the slower fan attempt to match the RPM of the faster fan.

Your two fans will use the PWM signal as % of their own rpm range. They will run like this:

100%: 1500 rpm, 2400 rpm
50%: 1150 rpm, 1500 rpm
0%: 800 rpm, 600 rpm

I have a Dell u2713 monitor, plugged into my 4870. When I do 4870dvi>analog adaptor>monitor it works fine, when DVI>Monitor, no signal? what could cause this?

Did you change the monitor's input from VGA to DVI?
(U3011 monitor, but I don't imagine they are totally different)

Yes i did, when i change it to dvi with the dvi cable plugged in, it says, going into power saving.

I don't know if this would make it straight up not work, when I accidentally had a single link DVI trying to power 2560x1600, it just gave me a screen with a messed up resolution and not a black screen, but check if your DVI cable is dual-link.

i have a i5 2320, 2 DDR3 sticks, and a R9 sapphire 280x with vapor-x, is 430w PSU too low? Wont be OCing of course.
