According to this thread justin.tv is aware of a "international problem" and are looking into it. No word of a fix or timeline. For me the lag started earlier than June 9th - I believe it was a day or two after MLG. I know this, because MLG was apparently streamed via justin.tv (see here) and it ran fine all weekend. Just to make the magnitude of this problem clear, I can vouch for at least three people with the same problems, plus it has been a hot topic of discussion in the Danish chat channel ("dk" on EU) for the past few days. Edit: Forgot to say that if I leave the lagging stream on for long enough (15-20 minutes at 240p) it sometimes stabilizes and becomes watchable. But it starts lagging again at some point.

Mac OS 10.5.8 Browsers tried: Firefox, Chrome, Safari Streams will usually load fine (although it often takes a while), but 5-10 minutes in either stutter, or just go black and not reload. DC area, Virginia side. Connection is Verizon DSL and is bad anyway (slow during peak hours, not always reliable) but jtv is way worse than any other streaming. Also had problems when living in MI either at my place (Comcast cable) or my parents' (AT&T DSL). UStream's always been miles better and reliable, was kind of confused that everybody's mostly switched away now.

http://community.justin.tv/forums/showthread.php?t=8679 So dont worry they are aware of the problem but its seems to be fixed. If however you are still having issues please post on the JTV help forums in one of the lag threds.

Something funny: Before the game, like when TB put up some music along with his Shoutcraft banner, there was no lag. However, the second game started, it all began again. I can't watch anything because 99% of all streams are on JTV. EDIT: As of now, it seems the NASL stream lags considerably less right now it is watchable. I'll wait to see if the problem is permanently fixed, or it is going to freak out and update here.

The issue is, when they are playing pre-recorded stuff like funny poses of Incontrol with Gretorp or player statistics, it doesn't lag. When the game starts, it lags!

I can watch any other stream at decent resolutions with zero lag. Justin lags hardcore at 240p.
