so now when i plugged it in i used two 4 to 6 pin connectors to plug it to my psu i also noticed my psu comes with a pci-express connector (what im i suposed to plug that into??) im pretty bad at this stuff its my first time so im just makin sure everythin is ok :/ .. basically there was 2 slots i had to connect on my video card and my psu only offered 1 pci express connector.. so whats up with that? | ||

When you mean 4 to 6 pin is the 4 flat and look like this ![[image loading]](http://imgur.com/0MPfP.jpg) That's a molex to pci express connector. pci express connectors look like this ![[image loading]](http://imgur.com/IR67R.jpg) And you should use them if you have them on your gpu. The one on the left is a standard 6 pin pcie the one on the right is a 6+2pin pice which some graphics cards want but others do not so you don't need to use the 2 extra pins if your gpu doesn't take it. | ||
