I mean you can train all you want, but the problems associated with playing at not 6/11 at windows sensitivity actually can't be overcome by humans. Unless you are somehow that guy from "The Mothman Prophecies" and can see the universe as it really is. Honestly I am so lazy and impatient that even at max setting I feel the mouse is abit too slow (fyi I play with max scroll speed too) As soon as they come out with an 8000dpi Razer Naga I am buying that. It still takes my wrist a swing of 1.5 inches-ish to reach from left side of my monitor to the right side.

Wait a moment something seems wrong here.
1.5 inches? Is that a real value?
1.5 inches grants me about 70 percent of my 1680*1050 space. And my DPI is set to 450 and 6/11. Something is wrong here.
At 5600 DPI moving your mouse a fifth of an inch should move from side to side, about anyway. At 11/11 this is divided by like four so 1/20th of one inch should span your entire screen.
You have a sensitivity setting set all the way down to minimum somewhere.

I have a 20" 1600x900 secondary monitor and it only took around 2" of space to move my 1000DPI G1 from one side to the other. Are you sure you aren't set to like 1800DPI or something in the Razer drivers (because 5600DPI is insane for such a low resolution). On my G9X (which maxes at 5700DPI or so), if I had it maxed I could move the cursor from the bottom corner of my left monitor all the way across all three of my monitors to the top of my right monitor with barely any movement.
Also, still loving my G1 almost a week later. This mouse feels a lot more precise than my G9X for some reason, which I guess is more to do with me being used to playing at a lower resolution.

should be about right maybe I am underestimating the length of 1.5 inches. I am actually not sure myself hahaha

Sounds like something is all the way down and now he is compensating with huge DPI + sense boosts wherever he can find it.

Holy shit bro.
Not only do you have mouse acceleration on, it is set to MAX.
Turn it off and kill it with fire.
Also are you underestimating or overestimating?
I have a feeling acceleration is causing your mouse to massively decelerate, who knows for sure. We go through great pains to remove it and forget about it.

It applies a formula based on your current speed.
So that the faster you move, the drivers will push the mouse cursor even further with respect to speed.
The problem with acceleration is that its extremely not dependable. Once again you would have to be the rainman himself to figure it out completely.
For instance if traveling 2 inches per second the mouse may decide to increase your speed by a factor of X where X is your current speed. So 4 inches per second.
If traveling .5 inches per second you will then instead travel .25 inches per second. Humans dont deal with curves very well.
You also have the "Enhance pointer precision" option turned on. That is also acceleration. It should be turned off.
Acceleration was invented for old people who have a really really low top-end movement speed.

You should not confuse mouse speed with actual hand speed. A fast mouse does not automatically make you good or God. It's more like your mouse should be fast enough, but not faster. You have to do the rest.

You can get it back to the same sensitivity you have now. I feel rather confident that when you completely disable acceleration properly youll find your mouse completely unusable at 5600 DPI. It will be so fast and skip half the screen with a flinch.
What you could do is turn off accel. Put windows sens to 6/11. That should still be a little too fast. Then you will have to lower the DPI of the mouse down until it feels right in your hands.
At that point you will have a sensitivity that should feel about the same as before, but you will actually be able to mouse over ever pixel your monitor projects rather than about the 25 percent you can now. Which results in a way smoother feeling.
A Mouse movement recorder was invented to help people figure out how there mouse behaves. You can look for MouseMovementRecorder on the internet or you can get it from me here:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/34863088/MouseMovementRecorder.exe
When run it should look like this: + Show Spoiler + and not like this: + Show Spoiler +
Green marks decel and red marks accel. Or really they mark when the cursor on screen has been altered from what the mouse told your OS to actually do.
And the right bar on the right that says "OFF" should also say off and not ON.
EDIT: You did so well at MLG. With these changes I think you'll be the first bonjwa no problem.

What I would recommend you to do in addition: try experimenting with lower mouse speeds. Your brain will adapt quite fast and after a week or two you can decide if you like the changes or not.

Honestly his description of his mousing experience makes me feel like he is already mousing around at what I am forced to consider a "low sensitivity gamer." (Assuming 1.5 inches to cross screen is anything close to accurate.)
His real world description honestly sounds like mine, where I can move my entire screen but only with the full throw of my fingers. Without moving the bottom of my palm for resetting it.
With everything fixed he will be a god amongst men. And can even trace the lines of the text I am using to type this out.

Depends on the Star Trek canon you are reading I suppose.

Uh, most recently it was infinite speed, occupying all space in the universe at the same time.

Just got my Kana.
Is there anyway to turn off mouse prediction?
Having the same horrible problems with angle snapping as I did with my mx518.

Since Roccat will be available soon in The States. I want to ask how big is the Kova+ compare to a Microsoft Intellimouse 1.1 or Steelseries Sensei?

All size and weight specs are listed in the OP. Additionally see wo1fwood's comparison guid in the OP, which has a visual comparison of size.

No, since every mouse has prediction and needs it to stay functional.
Increase the polling rate. Like you could have done on your MX518.
There might be a firmware update for the Kana to recalibrate the prediction though.
