Depends what you mean by "decent". If your upload speed is good enough (preferably at least ~1500Kbps or higher), then you can get what I'd call a "watchable" stream - and by watchable I mean it looks good enough that I'm not distracted by low quality and lose focus of the game. In more concrete terms, you can probably do somewhere between a 480p-720p stream @ 25 FPS while playing SC2 with medium settings. Of course if you want higher quality you'll want a 2500K overclocked (or 2600K, of course). Even if you have amazing upload speed (say, 5000Kbps or better), it's not smart to just rely on big bitrates instead of better encoding. Not everyone has great download speeds, and then there's other things like bandwith caps.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131781 There's also a smaller (micro ATX vs ATX) board, the ASUS P8P67-M PRO, available for $130 - $20 rebate, which has the ability to run dual GPU cards & also has a few more ports. It's going to be a very crowded board though, so you might have trouble with large heatsinks. Also can't use integrated graphics in a pinch: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131707 If you're considering overclocking, get an aftermarket heatsink. We discuss these somewhere in the last 3 or 4 pages I think.

So far the build comes up to around 800 (depending on which of the listed products I use) I can go to Microcenter and pick up the parts if any1 is wondering ^^ Feel free to suggest anything cheaper that is compatible with this build (ie if a cheaper motherboard is available etc) All I really need is to play sc2 smoothly on 1080 and a little bit of photoshop and music production software use and thus if anyone can suggest cheaper parts it would be okay! I do plan on using either a 22 or 24 inch LED 1920x1080 monitor if anyone is wondering I'm flip flopping on my choice of case and power supply, so if anyone has any input on that I would appreciate it. Greatly appreciated. Also, is it worth it to get the cheapest ASUS soundcard or onboard is okay? And is there any store around NYC that will build it for me for a moderate price or would you advise building it myself? (I'm scared to screw any of the parts up as I've never built a comp. before)

The selection isn't so hot, but the prices after discount is nice. when does this end? could you link me possibly and i guess with that I'd have to buy a dif than the p67 pro3 (as micro center doesnt seem to carry it) in this case what do you suggest?
