is there anything else to be taken into consideration? or is it just processor and graphics
CPU and GPU are the primary concerns for PSU. A PSU that isn't up to reasonable amounts of anything else isn't really up to par for the CPU and GPU to begin with. A solid 450w will do nicely. XFX Core, maybe?
Well, technically, it's overkill, but nobody makes good PSUs below that point.

I'm not sure why you so hell bent on this overclockable quad... please explain how this piece of crap is even a good overclocker. Most articles that had overclocking results had it at 4.6GHz at 1.4v, some even at 1.48v. That's pretty pathetic ... Sure you can overclock it by a whole 1GHz just to probably beat a Phenom slightly...
ok thanks for the help guys one more thing. I need 2 80mm case fans and a 120mm. Im guessing its not really something i wanna save money on, but i cant help resisting the ones that are only about £1 :p are there any price guides or makes that are reliable?

because intel has no quads at that pricepoint...

i3 2100 has been smoking similarly priced AMD quads in multi-threaded apps for a while in price/performance, why would that change with a new bad architecture?

I'm not saying it'd change -_--
Normally, let me see.. .
Thermalright X-Silent, Scythe Slip Stream. Those seem decent
Uhm, competitive pricing requires competitive performance with the things they're priced similarly to, or a lower price for lower performance. Not a similar price for lower performance.
