Edit: Eh if you're specifically talking about SATA performance, I wouldn't worry too much about that.

It just depends on how much extra work you want to do. i5-2500 if you have a h61/h67/p67/z68 motherboard and i5-3570 if you have a h77/b75/z75/z77 motherboard.

Yes however the first time you stress test your computer your PSU will explode. Any case that comes with a PSU, the PSU is beyond horrible. Also where are you ordering from?

My bad I failed to see that you had a 450w PSU picked out, and that the Case just also came with one. Your also missing a Optical Drive (I gave up trying to find it after a few minutes of searching). I would suggest going with 3rd gen Intel i5's, The ~10% more performance will help with streaming. I would go with these instead: Asrock H77M mATX € 68,15 http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/info/p793732_ASRock-H77M-Intel-H77-So-1155-Dual-Channel-DDR3-mATX-Retail.html Intel i5-3550 € 183,80 http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/info/p783861_Intel-Core-i5-3550-4x-3-30GHz-So-1155-BOX.html Sapphire HD7750 € 94,93 http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/info/p788732_1024MB-Sapphire-Radeon-HD-7750-Aktiv-PCIe-3-0-x16--Lite-Retail-.html Corsair CX430 v2 € 39,16 http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/info/p743100_430W-Corsair-CX-Serie-V2.html Fractal Core 100 mATX € 33,84 http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/info/p739898_Fractal-Core-1000-Midi-Tower-ohne-Netzteil-schwarz.html Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB € 61,19 http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/info/p684828_500GB-Western-Digital-Caviar-Blue-WD5000AAKX-16MB-3-5Zoll--8-9cm--SATA-6Gb-s.html Corsair 4GB DDR3-1333 € 21,87 http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/info/p715606_4GB-Corsair-ValueSelect-DDR3-1333-DIMM-CL9-Dual-Kit.html Total: 502.94+tax

I'm not sure. The max amount of ram I've ever used at one time was ~2.5GB. If you want you can get 8GB of ram but I don't see it helping you stream.

How can I tell what voltage my processor is compatible with? These are the memory sticks I was looking at:1.65V 1.5V Tentative Processor Pretty simple 1.65v RAM is horrible. Just buy the 1.5v RAM.

I boot up the pc and the lights are flashing, and I hear the windows 7 boot up noises from my speakers- but no image, the monitor says No DVI signal or w/e. No idea what to do.. :/ Maybe something to do with a failed shutdown? the night before this happened (yesterday) i kinda just pressed the power on/off button in the front panel and once i saw the on/off light go off i just let it be. Related?? specs: PSU: CX500 Graphics card: HD6850 mobo: P61-USB3-B3 Gigabyte Monitor- Asus 22'' CPU: i3 2100

Edit: NVM about testing, you have the ONLY Motherboard made that doesn't have integraded graphics... I didn't even know that they made P61 boards before now.

It should do nothing... Open up your case. Next to a battery below your GPU will be a button. Press it after hitting the off switch on your PSU.
