-Advanced has an SSD adapter to hold it securely. -It has a retention holder to support the weight of video cards, up to three. The Advanced model comes with a hard disk drive bay on the top panel, feature not present on the regular model. This bay allows you to install a 2 ½” or 3 ½” storage device externally. The sticker that comes attached to this bay is misleading since it says this bay does not support hot-swap, which is not entirely true. If you configure the SATA port where this bay will be connected to under AHCI mode and correctly configure the operating system, this bay can be used as a hot-swap device. http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/fullimage.php?image=21981 I believe those are the only differences.

Good site for Canucks, they provide free ground shipping in Ontario. I just put together a build on there thanks to this thread. It comes to $1100 after taxes which is a little more than I was hoping for. Where would you guys consider cutting a couple corners to save $100-200? Planning on getting the GTX 460. read that it is only about 8 inches, so not too long right? 690 Plus should suffice? Also, for a Core i5 system with the GTX 460, would the Corsair 650 TX be sufficient? or should I move up to the 750 TX?

690 Plus should suffice. DoubleZee: You could save around $70 if you switch to an AMD setup. (Phenom II X4 955 and a 870 Chipset mobo.

DoubleZee: You could save around $70 if you switch to an AMD setup. (Phenom II X4 955 and a 870 Chipset mobo. Which combo is better bang for my buck? I'm willing to spend the extra $100 on the intel setup if it's worth it. Can you also suggest me a 500GB HDD? 1TB is overkill considering I have an external HD with all my music/movies/etc on it.

I don't think it would be worth it. You should get just about the same performance with the AMD setup. :>
