Edit- I just find the Orca's more comfortable, durable, and generally have a little better sound quality. I'm not terribly hot and bothered for a mic as I have a RazerBlade laptop, but if a mic is a deal breaker- go with the V2 (or just get a $10 table stand mic and the orcas)

Are those worth the money? i tried these for a couple of weeks. theyre honestly a really good headset, but they were so unbelievably tight/heavy on my head i got headaches after minutes. my heads not particularly big so I found that really strange. sent them back. if they fit you theyre well worth the money. additionally - i've decided at this point im done with gaming headsets. i want to stick with my sennheisers and get a clip on / desktop mic. i need something with good clarity and noise cancelling. does anyone have any recommendations? thanks !

In February, the headphone suddenly died. Got a warranty replacement, which was good until yesterday - now the microphone is dead. My dealer explained that these headsets get an almost unprecedented amount of reclamations because of the twin cords. The cords will entangle over time and break the connectors inside. I would advise against buying this headset unless you feel like constantly straightening the cords etc. I'll get yet another warranty replacement soon, but no way in hell I'm using that shit ever again.

As I am currently using them I must agree about them constantly tangling for no darn reason. I probably unplug and replug them about 1-3 times a day and at the end of the day I unplug them so that when I wake up I dont have to go through the mess and can just replug them again. None of the headset has died on me yet, but I do see visible damage to the cords from the tangling/untangling, and I do assume that it may break soon. I can say that the headset itself isn't that bad, but I haven't used another pair yet. There are probably better choices, unless you are sponsored by Steelseries and can afford to break as many as you like.

Or do you guys know a best headset? I have had bad experiences with Logitechs support. They never got back to me regarding battery purchases (after 3-4 calls) when they said they would and so on. I own the F540 and even thought I find it fine, my gf doesnt like it as there is too much pressure on the ears. The device does sometimes 1 time per week lose connection to the computer for 1 or 2 secs and the batterylife isnt as good as advertised. Im sure the razor is going to have its problems too but that freaking Logitech support.....
