So yes logically I can pretty easily say he's guilty and at this point so would anybody with half a brain. That's bullshit. Arrested doesn't mean charged or guilty by any means. Everyone, even with very basic understanding of law, should know this.
I absolutely believe in the "innocent until proven guilty" and think we should wait with judgement.. but doesn't arrested actually mean charged with a crime? That's the difference between being arrested and being administratively detained like you can be in some countries. The police can't just arrest you without charging you. Maybe this is one of the places where my English fails me but that's what I have understood it to be.

There was suspicious betting for lots of different names earlier, some of them big. I don't think Life was ever one of them. I don't know what to think at this point. Guess we'll have to wait and see if this will be all or not.

Yep. We know... Nothing :-/
Apparently Life + 8 other people (most likely Managers, I'd assume?) got arrested. Dunno of this is true, but someone on Reddit wrote that this is how it's communicated in Korean newspapers. Since I don't understand Korean at all, I'm not really able to prove it though. :-P

Maybe you are right and he is actually charged for a crime. All I'm saying is that I can't be 100% sure of that.

A light sentence doesnt deter them enough though. Its disgusting to see cheaters still making money from the game and people they screwed.

Personally i don't want sc2 to be wrestling ah yeah I agree with you on that one I was talking from the POV of the guys who live from the scene, they have more interest in a scene with rampant treachery BUT with still some money flowing than in a scene completely clean but with foreign-level of sponsoring and development. That's basically why pro cycling became what it became ; because people in the scene have more short-term interest in trying to cover up the dirty shit, and humans reason with short-term vision.

God, just imagine that. Life + INnoVation both nabbed for matchfixing. The scene's probably going to struggle pretty hard this year no matter what at this stage, but that would really smash it to pieces for a while, I'd think.
