Starting from this page on, I will be moderating more harshly toward any mention of MarineKing's name. This thread has NOTHING to do with MarineKing. Do not talk about MarineKing even if you are defending him. Just don't do it. Please no match-fixing accusations on MarineKing or any other player if it has not officially been confirmed.

Don't forget that match-fixing is not always throwing a game. Apparently people bet on all kinds of things,(when they build certain buildings/units etc..) which is why they blacked out the timer on Starleague matches... (although any idiot with a clock could've found the timing anyway)...

"poor" Life? If the accusation are true, it's his own damn fault. How can you feel sorry for him?

I feel rather bad for him, in that he may have potentially ruined something forever that he was truly exceptional in. I think it's possible to pity someone while also holding them responsible for their poor choices.

this.

theological spoken one could say: The punishment lies within the sin itself.
That doesn't spare someone of legal consequences, of course.
Furthermore, I consider that some kind of Code A must be reestablished.

I haven't seen one person yet in this topic acknowledge that the greatest loss from Life being found guilty wouldn't be "SC2 being over" - there were so many great players at the end of HotS, SC2 has never been stronger from a player lineup perspective. The greatest loss would be Life himself, one of the best zerg players out there, who gave us some of the most entertaining games in 2015.

Keep in mind when you talk about Life throwing a game you're not talking about the games where he looked like a God and won, which is the majority of his games. The reason why players suspect that IM Proleague game for instance is because that's what matchfixing does look like, regardless of if that particular game was fixed or not. It's not like you have to look at Innovation vs. Life GSL Ro4 and shake your head. But you probably should go watch those games again, anyways, because they're incredible.

There were a few games where Life built one swarmhost and then killed his own swarmhost, this happened more than once. I thought it could have been a mistake but also that he could have been commenting on the unit in general since this was right before the nerf came through. Betting that Life would build a swarmhost would be a really bad bet.

Life will, in all likelihood, go down as the sAviOr of SC2.

Keeping watching/supporting SC2 despite the outcome, the loss of one player, however great he might have been, is nothing if people don't blow it out of proportion.

Sadly this match fixing BS won't stop with Life.
As long as the guys pulling the strings behind the scenes can do as they please, bribe whichever player buys into their shady schemes, this fucked up "match fixing puppet" will keep on whiggling....

My source informs me that there may possibly be accusations that could fall on another player that Life may not be on good terms with. And I can't name my source because he is Korean, and adding a name implicates him.

My source informs me that there is a 4th dimensional lizard controlling all the top progamers and forcing people to match fix.

I won't name names since it would implicate certain lizards but it's good enough to stir up rumours right?

Catz said on stream he spoke to Hydra who heard rumors of this before. They both think he's going down. I have to wonder, while it's wrong to falsely accuse someone, if it's best to suppress these rumors. I mean over here in the West the average Joe didn't know. Did the casters know? Did other pros know? How did the police find out? Repeated rumors are a good thing to investigate, not ignore. I wonder how many other players have rumors about them that maybe nobody talks about b/c they don't want to rock the boat.

It's funny. sAviOr was my favorite player to watch in BW and Life was my favorite to watch in SC2. Sad day.

To be perfectly honest, if it is who my source informs me of, I will be especially shocked.
