It was announced today that SPOTV's 2 remaining seeds for the 3rd season of Starleague would be Jin Air's  Rogue and Liquid's Snute.
Rogue was invited as a part of the Proleague seeding program, as he was the highest-ranked player in Proleague who didn't already have a seed into this season ( Maru is already seeded into Challenge as a result of being in the Top 8 of the last season, and  Stats is already seeded directly into the group stages due to finishing in the Top 4 of the previous season.)
Snute was seeded as part of the Global Seed invitation system used to bring foreigners to compete in Korea. He is the second foreigner to receive the seed for this season, along with TooDming (Source). This will not be the first stay in Korea for the Norwegian - he spent a month last year living and training at the CJ Entus teamhouse.
No word as of yet where either of the foreigners will be staying - the season 1 invites (Scarlett and Jim) were notably unable to find teamhouses for their stay and therefore slept in hotels and practiced in the offices of Global Esports Management. MacSed, the single global seed from Season 2, didn't have time to stay anywhere, as he traveled to Korea directly from the WCS Season 1 finals, which were held days before.
With these seeds, the 24 players for the Challenge stage of this coming Starleague season are set, and can be found in the Source link above.
