In the match fixing scenario, the most plausible explanation would be that he didn't know what to do once he found the proxy hatch. But in this case it would be very suspicious not to move reapers onto the map, and I think if he is match fixing, it's probably more natural to move out reapers as he originally intended. Not saying there is definitely no match fixing, but it is pretty likely that the play we see is not a deliberate play to lose after realizing it is a proxy hatchery. | ||

Personally. I want to believe, because God knows I don't want match fixing in the SC2 scene but I don't see how he comes to the conclusion it's speedlings. He SEES the late pool, he checks the Golds, even in full LOLMarineKing mode, dude's gotta at least suspect there's a proxy somewhere but he never checks | ||

Please give us a translation of herO's Canata's calling. Like who is this guy? Why is he awesome and why does he always smile? :D edit: also folks, please stop hating MKP, for there is no way he fixed that game. what would he have won from it? Byul is so much better than him there's not a chance he would have paid MKP to loose, since he already was in a slump and had maybe a 10% chance of winning. maybe. I mean BuyL beat Maru in BO5 but would loose to MKP the random five CC before rax terran player? No way. Confidence and stress are, in my point of vue, what explains MKP's defeat. He throws games when he is in a slump. That's what he does, i.e. semifinals from Iron Squid II. He is just that emotionnal that he cannot get a grasp of his skills when in a loosing streak. i.e. every GSL final he has been in ever. | ||

This was about gambling, not about Byul paying MK to lose. In the match fixing hypothesis, MK acted so nervous because he scouted Byul's cheese, and was actually running the risk of winning the game... | ||
