They should be still in the process of catching up, but catching up is great. Wouldn't consider it a problem, because they always pay. In the past just pretty late.

if atm it's fix and there is no more than 3month delay (which despite being silly is standard) it's ok even if it wasn't in the past.

Of course it is a problem, on that is so common that if people are catching up on it is considered good. Also don't be a Simon, Karma will always find you.

Many of the Korean Brood War competitive leagues were run 1000X better than WCS precisely because Blizzard had ZERO INVOLVEMENT
don't expect Blizzard to create an awesome competitive league.
its not what they do.
Blizzard makes great video games and they are mediocre at doing anything else outside of that activity.
Expect WCS 2014 to be mediocre people. Because Blizzard is mediocre at making competitive leagues.
Blizzard needs to stick to making video games.
All stuff like this does is tarnish their immaculate reputation.

a single weekend event managed and executed with so much outside help they lose money on it... despite millions in ticket sales.
they over spend so much money on outside help that it may be a great experience for you, however, its a failure when u consider what they have to spend to get it to be great.
Blizzard is great at making games.. and nothing else.

I think only 4 qualifies. WCS NA has a lot of slots for other parts of the world in addition to wild cards.
