So, MVP and Alive have the same number of points. Do we know who gets 13th and 14th seeds respectively and how it's determined?

According to rules: ties within the top 16 WCS players will be decided by cumulative points earned only in World Championship Series America, Europe, Korea, and Season Finals events.

Mvp's 3600 points came solely from WCS Europe and Season 1 Finals while aLive has 225 from IEM Shanghai so Mvp will be #13 playing against Polt and aLive at #14 playing against Jaedong.

Ties within the top 16 WCS players will be decided by cumulative points earned only in World Championship Series America, Europe, Korea, and Season Finals events. If a tie remains, it will be settled through points earned only in WCS Tier 1 events. If the players in question are still tied, seeding will be decided by coin-toss.

aLive can still earn 25 more points from WCS AM Challenger groups. Otherwise it's more points during WCS regular season events I think so Mvp would get the higher seed

If aLive makes out of his challenger group then he will be #13 at 3625 playing against Polt while Mvp at #14 with 3600 playing against Jaedong.

Hang on one second..... We're all talking about the Revival v Naniwa matchup as if Revival only has to finish his WCS AM Challenger bracket....

Remember, this is REVIVAL we're talking about. He has two matches to take care of before he can reach Blizzcon.

His first match is the group stage Challenger bracket.... and his second (drum roll please)...

His second match is versus the American Embassy.

Yes, and then both will go to Blizzcon and play a bo5 for the last spot.

? First of all, the bracket stage is done. Whats left to play is the group stage. Secondly, Revival hasnt had visa issues. He attended IEM NY just a couple weeks ago, which, last time I checked, was in America.

Im bit a confused about the Nani revival situvation so if someone could clarify where im going wrong it would be appreciated.
Naniwa currently got 3200 points while revival have 3175.
Revival is going to play the challenger league group stage. Now the liquidpedia page(http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/2013_WCS_Season_3_America/Challenger ) says the winning in points is 100 for 1st-8th (revival didn't)
50 for 9th-24th place (qualify for premier) and 25 for 25th-40th.

So by my logic if Revival gets first or second in his group he wins 50 points and end up with 3225 points which is more than naniwa. While if isn't in the top 2 he gets 25 points anyway and is tied with naniwa.
So since everyone is speaking of them getting tied regardless how revival do (or if he wins).. i really don't understand. Is the point distrubution wrong? Isn't top 2 equal top 9th-24th place? does a difference of 25 points constitute a draw? Is my brain playing stupid and tricking me?

he must have revival confused with a chinese player? why else would he think revival would have visa problems when he hasn't before?

the 25 points he earned for 25th-40th are already counted in the standings
