According to rules: ties within the top 16 WCS players will be decided by cumulative points earned only in World Championship Series America, Europe, Korea, and Season Finals events. Mvp's 3600 points came solely from WCS Europe and Season 1 Finals while aLive has 225 from IEM Shanghai so Mvp will be #13 playing against Polt and aLive at #14 playing against Jaedong.

Otherwise it's more points during WCS regular season events I think so Mvp would get the higher seed If aLive makes out of his challenger group then he will be #13 at 3625 playing against Polt while Mvp at #14 with 3600 playing against Jaedong.

Remember, this is REVIVAL we're talking about. He has two matches to take care of before he can reach Blizzcon. His first match is the group stage Challenger bracket.... and his second (drum roll please)... His second match is versus the American Embassy.

Whats left to play is the group stage. Secondly, Revival hasnt had visa issues. He attended IEM NY just a couple weeks ago, which, last time I checked, was in America.

Naniwa currently got 3200 points while revival have 3175. Revival is going to play the challenger league group stage. Now the liquidpedia page(http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/2013_WCS_Season_3_America/Challenger ) says the winning in points is 100 for 1st-8th (revival didn't) 50 for 9th-24th place (qualify for premier) and 25 for 25th-40th. So by my logic if Revival gets first or second in his group he wins 50 points and end up with 3225 points which is more than naniwa. While if isn't in the top 2 he gets 25 points anyway and is tied with naniwa. So since everyone is speaking of them getting tied regardless how revival do (or if he wins).. i really don't understand. Is the point distrubution wrong? Isn't top 2 equal top 9th-24th place? does a difference of 25 points constitute a draw? Is my brain playing stupid and tricking me?
