I don't have much hope, but please Soulkey... please. o__o And Revival, Naniwa is practically your teammate. Go roll around in snow naked for an hour or something. Do it for the team! It's not that special to be a serious hater of Naniwa though. That's certainly true. But my girlfriend hates him, and has for a long time, but even she would rather see him at Blizzcon than it be completely devoid of foreigners. She is pretty upset at the whole WCS system though, wants it to be region locked etc, and she's a bit mad at how things have turned out. I don't actually get the foreigner idea anyways. You're rooting for a player, not for a country, right? I generally root for Koreans over foreigners because they normally show a more refined, more beautiful playstyle.

As this thread has shown, we all want a token foreigner to get through. Scarlett losing increased NaNiwa's chances.

I hope Naniwa makes it, but I was also cheering for Scarlett and Vortix. I just want some foreigner at the finals.

Its so funny seeng how not so long ago the TL elitists were saying "i dont care about the players i just want to see good games" and now this thread is one of the hottest topics currently.

With no one else needing points and these things not actually feeding into premier next season, I wouldn't be surprised by widespread forfeits, or at least lackadaisical play.

Revival forfeits, thinking it isn't important. Suddenly remembers and craps himself when it's too late. o.o

I generally root for Koreans over foreigners because they normally show a more refined, more beautiful playstyle. is is quite simple, personality/familiarity > skill, people can't connect to koreans because they can't even speak their language, ofc there are alot more factors than that but i am not gonna write an essay here. But i am gonna say one more factor, people love underdog stories, rarity = exitement. As foreigners vs Koreans are the biggest underdog you can ever see, it is natural that people would root for that, there is a reason the sc reddit went nuts when Naniwa got to finals of IEM. aswell as many people stating facts like "thanks to naniwa i remembered why i love this game" Edit: Koreans vs Koreans just became so normal that it is no excitement in that, aswell as many of the favourite koreans like MKP under performing

So Naniwa is basically out? That sucks. Really wanted a foreigner to make it.
