Proleague is by far the most important league in Korean Starcraft. And it has been since 06ish. Your team winning Proleague is way way way more important than anything you could ever do in an individual league or really anything else you could do as a player. Proleague uses a preparation based format and streaming basically gives your opponent free gameplay to study, and it's even better than vods as you get the first person view. Basically watching your opponents stream is the best you could get unless someone leaks you some replays. Now given that Kespa has been known to throw players out of houses for leaking those, your opponent streaming is pretty much the best thing that could ever happen to you in terms of preparation.
Now throw in that Flash plays in pretty much every game KT has and is often used as an Ace, I highly doubt we'll see him stream again.

Personally, I prefer his team and himself to perform well over watching his stream and I feel bad for him being forced to use Razer equipment, especially now that they have invented those god awful switches. No offense to Razer and I appreciate the amount of equipment/cash they are throwing at eSports, but I have never used anything from them that was good.

Agreed, I also think that the reason that Prime, MVP, and IM are at the bottom of PL is also because they have players that constantly stream which exposes their strategies by quite a lot.

Innovation and Taeja stream quite a lot. Look at how good they are.

But they are not playing in Proleague and playing a best of 1 is so much different than playing a best of 3 or more.

Yeah, Flash doesn't want people to know he likes to 14CC.

So good that they are not even in PL.

You realize team liquid and Acer don't play in PL, so how could they? But the point the guy is making is that Taeja and Jaedong for example stream a lot and often make it to the top 4 of major tournaments. Flash, probably doesn't stream because he doesn't want people to steal from him, or see how he plays Terran, but in all honesty I don't think there is much "innovation" left in this game.

I didn;t knew players got kicked out for leaking replays0_o, any link to this?

Suprised you, as a Netherlander, are saying that.
Ask ret on leaking replays and getting kicked out of the house.

Wait, KESPA, kicked ret out of the house?0_o I can't find anything about it being kespa, also did anybody else got kicked? since if it was just ret on a team who he just joined, from a totaly diffrent culture with bad relationships within the team, how credit worthy is it to make such statements?

It wasn't Kespa and neither the guy you quoted thought it was Kespa. It was rather a brachylogy, and by Kespa he meant Kespa teams.
The whole situation was a misunderstanding, Ret didn't leak any replays and later on he even moved back in to the house but it shows that Kespa teams are really serious about their players replays and especially strategies they use.

Kind of funny that they went to the trouble of suggesting that Razer gear gives him an advantage but toned it down by calling it "subtle" to avoid making the situation seem unfair. It's quantifiable, but it's no big deal! Buy it, it won't make that much of a difference!

Actually, these kinds of statements end up biting players in the ass. What happens if razor drops him. How can he go to a company like SteelSeries now and say, "no no, I was wrong YOU have the best product now." Next time he should leave it more generic and not "over the top" comments on gaming gear which could potentially burn bridges in the future.

Nah, business don't care. Or maybe it could even be preferred as it "shows" that their product is better than the competition as the player switched to theirs. Either way it worked just fine for EG.

Flash expressed embarrassment at how he did while streaming. I think he'll stream again, but when he's more confident. Probably during off season.
Can we help spread the word and create pressure to get Rob Pardo to replace Browder as head of Sc2? Pardo led the team for broodwar, frozen throne, and wow/BC. We need to make this a thing before LotV development starts. Think about it.

I think he'll wait til the GSL season is over to stream again, so probably at least a month. Will check this thread daily though.
