That was expected. Not really a surprise. Congrats Stephano for all your achievements. GL for your reamining months as a programer.

this is such sad news. He is an amazing player. I believe he was supposed to go to med school afaik.. wish him the best of luck. GG stephano the legendary zerg!
|
At least he knows when to call it quits.
|
Good timing, why compete when Kespians will take over the world of sc2 again?
|
Imagine 2012 without him. No foreign hope at all.
I really, really hope the stars align and we get one last great Polt vs. Stephano face-off at this season's WCS final.
|
Does anyone know what he is studdying?
|
He cashed in, made some good cash and left.
good for him

He said he will not be a progamer forever right from the beginning, it's a good decision to make the cut while he is on top of his game (think he just struggle's cause he already sees the end and has accomplished already more than he expected). Good luck to him, wise decision . Maybe he comes back when he's finished, maybe not ^^

Sad to see him go!
He did say that he would only play one or two years at most before returning to his studies though so I am not really suprised. I wish him the best of luck and hopefully he can keep playing part time.
|
Damn... well hopefully after his studies he will be back to crush more tournaments!

So we already got the patch zerg talk AND elephant theorists in here? I'm just amazed no-one has mentioned Naniwa's name ye...
Uh-oh
