Most likely he chose Luxembourg because of a school there he got into. I find it kinda hilarious that I still hear people say "He's going to med school" when it's based upon something he said in an interview more than a year ago that he had thoughts about becoming a doctor. I can't even recall all the ideas on what to study I had at that age, just as most people. | ||

Actually being a student in Luxembourg will not make him a 'resident' for tax purpose... so he will still file in France. and since the tuition fees (a few hundred euros) are pretty much the same on both side of the border... that is prolly not a driving force either. otoh the Luxembourg program seems very international, for someone having had his life for the past couple of years that is probably quite attractive to stay in a diverse international setting... | ||
