Consider a lot of people on the team had problems with him, and he doesn't seem to be getting any favors from the community, either.

I think the coach with a 3 more great korean mechanical players in the house would get them to see better players/ better results. I doubt a coach who has to fight with management about exposure vs practice/preparation time will be able to by himself turn around the team. but will be interesting also...FXO did it right..should have just followed that model from the start. I bet FXO would have tore apart pro league FXO and EGTL's model isn't quite the same though. FXO effectively bought fOu, the entire team, coaches, and the whole infrastructure that the team had already had in place. Even then, it took them roughly a year before they won GSTL. I think the equivalent would be something like EG buying STX or something and annexing all the players into the EG team. FXO's initial foray into Korea is more similar to the EGTL model, when they sent their team to Korea, but prior to when they acquired fOu. It was a team of foreigners plus Oz and Moonan (IIRC). They were the laughingstock of GSTL, and save for qxc's miraculous allkill of IM, it was an absymal showing for FXO. This is very similar to what TL did for GSTL, and what EGTL did for PL. Not the best results by any means, but then again, this model was basically moving a foreign team onto Korean soil and hope to overcome the odds (culture-shock, the difficulties of setting up a team infrastructure, etc), while tackling the Korean big leagues against the Korean teams on their home turf.

And he has a problem with him, because he doesn't practice.... And the community is stupid anyways, why would anyone with half a brain listen to community at all?
