There might be a clause regarding payout time and/or more detail regarding the sponsored event. We just don't know. And I certainly won't take Destiny's word for it. I never take anyone's word for serious that has pics of his dick on the internet. Realistically I doubt there are more than a couple of people in this thread who don't have pictures of their dicks floating around on the internet.

Own3d COO Oleg Kogut has agreed to an interview next week. Zvetan Dragulev is still Own3d's CEO, not Oleg, and will also participate.

Give Destiny 20% of what he is owned, in exchange get the claim on OwnedTV and hope they actually have enough money to make that worth it. Anyway -- all the lawyers on here who are SC2 should get together and create a generic contract for both streamers and pros pro bono. And players need to make sure that they sign contracts with entities that have assets and that players can reach those assets. I'm not sure the 'no-cure-no-pay' system is legal in Austria, AFAIK in The Netherlands it is illegal for a lawyer to collect a certain % of the damages in a lawsuit. This seems like a very straightforward contract case though, but I don't know if there's money to be collected from something that seems to be an insolvent company, run by individuals who're (apparently) Russian, which would increase the nr. of country suit needs to be filed...

This is what I would do if it was located here in Norway, but I should guess it's something similar in Austria, more so than a comparison to the US system.

I'm assuming that since Destiny is American and the contract was to be performed in America, that would be enough to get a US court to take it. I can't know for sure without seeing the contract and knowing more.

I'd be happy to if there were a few pros and a few team managers that were willing to sit down and talk about problematic areas that tend to arise.

But since we know Own3d has some infrastructure, forcing them into bankruptcy would force them to liquidate those assets and pay out what they can.

If Own3D falls, this could give Twitch a monopoly, which Athene doesn't want. After careful consideration, I am gonna stick it out with own3d.tv unless it just completely crashes. Hell, wish they would of let me know what the problems were sooner. I am not heartless though, i feel pity, and I have friends in own3d.tv. May of screwed my RL up a tad, but sometimes I can be a bit soft. Good Luck Own3d.tv Don't watch League but Ethene you make a lot of sense here. Its never good when there are no competetors on the market. :p

I don't understand what's the problem. Even if the croud seems to not like the stream. They never leave. I think they just want drama. Honestly.
