There could be things that we read and don't really mean much to us or that wouldn't even stand out or be noticed, that could have offended one person in the conversation. Which would in turn make their reaction seem overly aggressive to us. At the end of the day, it sucks that Slayers had these tough times, and have imploded. But really, the internal workings of their team isn't really our business. Some of them have decided to share their sides of things, but really we don't know everything that went on and context is very important. So lets just stop bashing people and mourn the loss of this team. I'm sure there is no single factor or person to pin all the blame on, mistakes were made, but it was a combination of many issues and many mistakes that has brought us here. I hope everyone involved is able to move on and be successful in whatever they do and I hope they can put this ugliness behind them and become better for it.

They have only released the statement after the team have dispersed. So as far as the logic goes, nothing could have prevented them.

If they didn't knew they couldn't talk and try to improve, come to a solution together or officially leave the team. So either there was a translation error and it wasn't really sneaking out or its back to the camera's and chains. Was it bad management that they didn't knew it? part of it yes, part of it not. However, was it 100% bad of the player to not say anything and sneak away? yes.

If they avoid talking and continue to demoralize the team atmosphere or morale, terminate the contract without compensation to the player because of the breach of contract to set an example. Also reward players who practice diligently when the morale is low to improve their feeling. The thing as far I am concerned on this subject, they (the management staff, BoxeR and Jessica) were not aware of them sneaking off to play LoL. They have only released the statement after the team have dispersed. So as far as the logic goes, nothing could have prevented them. Well are you going to say that the manager of the team not knowing that their players sneak out to play other game is a good management? Ive seen so many korean pros play LOL. MC, Sc, Genius, Life etc.. do i need to go on?
